Willkommen in unserer Wohnung im Wald - obwohl es eine Eigentumswohnung, unsere Gäste oft zu kommentieren, sobald sie hereinspaziert sie denken, sie in einer gemütlichen Hütte sind. Wir sind auf 40 abgelegenen, bewaldeten Morgen auf einem Bergrücken oberhalb der Stadt und die Seen. Auf der Suche nach Wasser bieten? Unsere Deck bietet einen weiten Blick über Shadow Mountain Reservoir, Mount Baldy und die schneebedeckten Bergketten. Der "Town 'Stil unserer komplexen heißt, wir sind in separaten, versetzten Gebäuden und bietet Fenstern auf drei Seiten und jede Menge Bäume, Berge und Wasser, auf den Blick. Genießen Sie die Ruhe unserer parkähnlichen Umgebung mit dem Komfort der Stadt bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Das Tor zum Rocky Mountain National Park ist nur eine Meile von unserem Haus. Wir sind auf einer "Elk Run" und im Herbst sie gerade unter uns Bugle. Anderen Zeiten des Jahres erwarten, Bären und Füchse zu sehen. Unverwechselbar eingerichtet, unsere Wohnung wurde komplett auf den Sparren umgebaut. Unsere Gäste beschreiben unser Eigentum als "gemütlich" und "romantisch. ' Luxusausstattung gibt es zuhauf.

Sep 2021Where do I start…Long story short, this is a fabulous place to stay! Rob and Katie’s attention to detail made us feel welcome! From the well appointed kitchen, down to the monogrammed linens! My husband and I fell in love with Grand Lake. We hope to visit again in the future!

Jul 2021Where do I even start. The views from the balcony were breath taking. The condo was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed for our stay. The newly remolded master bathroom was amazing. Especially with the heated floors. The owners were easy to communicate with and are amazing host. Would highly recommend this lakeview condo!

Jan 2020We stayed at the Harbergs beautiful condo over Christmas and really enjoyed our time. This great condo is not only tastefully decorated, leaving you feeling like you are indeed in the heart of Grand County, but the location is perfected. View of the lake is phenomenal. We were especially excited about the gorgeous Christmas tree waiting our arrival for a Christmas stay. Thank you so much for a memorable time. We would come again soon!

Jun 2020We loved everything about the place, except the WiFi was terrible. There were nice Roku TVs, but we couldn't login into any of our subscriptions, like Netflix and Sling, because the WiFi was so bad. We ended up driving about 25 min (each way) to get movies from Redbox. I'm sorry to say so, but I probably would not stay there again because of this. Everything else about the place was great.

Feb 2020We have rented this cozy and beautiful condo numerous times both in the winter and summer due to our love of hiking and snowshoeing. When you instantly step inside you feel like it’s a “home away from home”. The decor and personal touches, as well as the luxury amenities make your stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular of the lakes and mountain ranges and whether you’re out for adventure or just coming for rest and relaxation, this condo will not disappoint. The owners are great to work with and whom want their guests to enjoy their property as much as they do. This condo is located in a quiet area and is near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Grand Lake which makes it very convenient. We would recommend this property and will be coming back again.

Jul 2021We had a wonderful time in the condo. We stayed during the 4th of July and the condo was decorated for the holiday which made our stay even better. The condo is close to everything but far enough away for peace and quiet. We will definitely be back.

They had so many extra items that made the place feel like home and it really helped us to relax and enjoy the beautiful town of Grand Lake.

Sep 2022Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Very well maintained, high quality furniture, bedding, towels,, and kitchen appliances. Wooden steps to condo are a little tricky with rain and large suitcases but overall, loved it!

Jun 2021This property is just as perfectly listed. The views are incredible! So many nice touches in the kitchen, so we could could everything without having to bring along utensils, pots and pans. The property owners were kind and helpful. It was a great, memorable stay and I would rent this property again!

Sep 2022This is our 3rd time staying at this beautiful property and once again it did not disappoint! It is well equipped and in a wonderful location. The views cannot be beat! Starting out the day before our hike with a cup of coffee on the balcony enjoying the mountains, the lakes and our hummingbird friends was the perfect way to start the day. We will be back!

Sep 2020This cozy condo gets an A+ ! Gorgeous setting high up overlooking Shadow Mt. Lake. View are stunning and we were lucky enough to arrive for peak golden aspen. Lovely furnishings, including a fireplace that we used in the mornings. It was a perfect escape from the craziness that is 2020.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed, including a crockpot, to make soup on the cold wintry days we visited. The home was decorated perfectly for Christmas, complete with tree and little holiday knick-knacks throughout. This was a last minute escape to the mountains for the holidays and the hosts responded quickly to my request to stay and provided very detailed instructions. This was a perfect getaway and I hope to book this property again in the future.

Views from the deck could keep you there all day and night, and the condo has everything you could possibly need for meal prep, info about the area, comfy beds, sofa, chairs, a well working grill. It is exactly as advertised and our week there was just heavenly. After 39 years of marriage, this summer was certainly worthy of a second honeymoon and this location was a perfect choice. Hope to go back!

Feb 2022The view through the sliding glass doors was my favorite aspect of this condo, excellent for watching the sunrise over the lakes. The fire place was warm and inviting. The kitchen stocked thoughtfully, the layout of the condo was spacious and cozy. The bedrooms were comfortable. We used and enjoyed the bluetooth speaker, and although we didn’t watch TV we appreciated the art that was displayed on the TV when it wasn’t in use. There were lots of games and information on the condo and about the surrounding area was organized and helpful. It’s nice to have the convenience of a washer/dryer. The distance to entering RMNP couldn’t get any closer or going to the GL Nordic center and close to downtown GL. Thank you😄

Jan 2022The property is in the perfect location! 2 minutes from downtown Grand Lake and short distances from Grandby, Fraser and Winter Park. The views from the living room are spectacular. The space is extremely clean and has all of the provisions a family needs. I cannot say enough about this property. We will definitely be back!
