We had a great stay, the location is really terrific, right next to the village ( maybe a 3 minute walk to the takeout pizza place) the owner Bill was really responsive with a couple of questions that I had. The condo is perfect for a ski weekend. Highly reccomend !

Very good 2 nights here. Property was clean, quiet, easy to access, close to everything in Stratton. It is very quiet in the community during August and so we ate dinner in Manchester both nights. Highly recommended for families with kids who want to get to the summer activities at Bromley and other area attractions. Owner was very pleasant and responsive.

Took our kids skiing for the first time. This was a great location. We were able to get the kids to their ski lesson, walk back to get our own gear, and were back at the lift minutes later. Comfortable for relaxing and watching tv after, plenty of room at the table for meals and games, and a quick walk to restaurants in the village.

This property was everything mentioned and more! The owner could not have been more accommodating and responsive. The location was perfect!! Highly recommend. Was great to get in a few days of skiing.

This property is spacious, comfortable, and right in the action! Steps from the Base Lodge, restaurants, easy parking, and amenities. It could use a few updates, but is a bargain for the location.

This is a great condo for a family. The location is excellent. Right by the Villager lift and you can ski right back. Also convenient to walk into the village. It was spacious and clean too. We had a great stay!

This condos location is excellent. You are next to chairlifts and village (for shopping & dining). Accomodations were nice with plenty to room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room.Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is very spacious for a 2 bedroom. It fit our family very nicely. The living room and kitchen area is large and comfortable. Upon arrival, the condo was immaculate and very clean. The kitchen was sparking and cleaned very well. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was the cleanest by far. I enjoyed being so close to the village to grab a take out breakfast before the lifts open. It is very close to the Tamarack and Villager lifts. I would definitely recommend and I would like to stay here again.

The location was perfect for our needs; however, it was very difficult to find with the instructions provided. Buildings were not easily identified. "Security" parking gates were never down - so wasn't sure the need for the gate key. The elevator sounded like it was going to break each time you got in it to go up.... there was a loud bump which was kind of scary!! Once we found the condo (we realized we needed to go to the door marked with an "A" not a "B" - didn't realize there were 2 doors to the condo)... The door was very difficult to open and close without a lot of force. The interior was very outdated, stains on the carpeting, lights in kitchen never got bright enough to do any cooking or prep, no instructions on how to work the heater - the place was extremely hot, but couldn't figure out how to adjust the heat. Couldn't figure out how to turn on ceiling fan in bunkbed bedroom, laundry was left in the dryer, furniture was well worn, kitchen chair was on the verge of falling apart... the list goes on. But, again, the location was convenient. I would; however, pay a bit more to stay in a different complex that was updated with the hope of better instructions. Also, there was construction going on during our stay which we weren't made aware of. The noise started early in the morning right outside the master bedroom and living room windows and went on throughout the day. The hallway to the front entrance was closed; however, the instructions told us to use this hallway to take trash out. Wasn't worth contacting Bill about as there really wasn't anything he would have been able to do to fix it.

A number of lights were out throughout the condo and the master bedroom was so dark it was difficult to see in the evening. Overall it just could use a little refresh. As another reviewer stated, the towels were fairly worn out. Otherwise the place is great. You can’t beat skiing home for lunch and heading right back out minutes after finishing.

The condo was great, it was only a very short walk to the nearest lift to get us to the mountain and a short walk to the middle of the village. The condo was a great size for my group of 6. The owner was very responsive on the phone when we had a question come up. We will definitely be back

The condo was comfortable, clean and fully stocked - and William promptly allowed us to stay late Sunday which made the end of the weekend perfect. Thanks.

The condo is a great place to get away . Very quiet and relaxing with all the comforts of home. . The condo was spotless and the washer dryer was a plus. Everything one needs in the kitchen was right there . Loved the area. Everything we read about William and his property was perfect. Best choice to get away

Stayed Monday to Thursday in August.. Beautiful scenery. I would definitely check prior to booking if things will be open during the stay. The little town next to the building was closed Monday-weds. Only 1 restaurant was open. Mulligans had delicious food and amazing service. Because of covid and day of week, many attractions were understandably closed. Our apartment didn't have ac. We will definitely check that next time, as that was a necessity. Was way too hot for no ac. There was work being done in building next to us, so starting 7am we heard drilling and table saw. Our room was very spacious. Kitchen was up to date.

Property was easy to find. The location was great. Less than five minutes to Stratton village. We could ski in but we had to walk to the lift. Not a far walk. We had great conditions which allowed us to ski to our back door. The living room was plenty spacious enough. I liked the kitchen better than any of the past kitchens we have visited because there was room to move when the dishwasher door was down. Was disappointed when we found there was no tub but Bill was very accommodating in how he helped us find an alternative. His housekeeping arrangement goes far above many other places we have stayed. So yes our stay was well above par and would certainly recommend staying there.
