We have to put an extra deposit of RM200 to the guards for security whereby to our knowledge, the owner of the property is suppose to do it. We are being told to put a deposit to tge guards. We are unable to control the temperature of the air conditioner. It seems that the owner of the property had set the temperature to 28°C which is not that cold.
Been trying to call the owner umpteen times but did not respond to our call regarding entrance to the property.
The owner failed to inform us that he only prefer only a specific language to communicate.

Not sure if the groceries is provided eg ketchup,cooking oil etc, if yes, might need to check on it before guest checked in as it is quite dirty and expired.

The living room was very beautiful with modern concept deco and this homestay very comfortable 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 This homestay suits for staycation with family and friends 😊 I also like this homestay because it provide kitchen area which we can cook here & it feels like we’re living in the house 👍🏻😊

Cleanliness can be improved. There were previous guests leftover foods and the pots and pans were dirty - we had to clean them ourselves before use
