Nov 2021We spent two beautiful weeks in a very beautiful condo at the Tides- The place is totally renovated. The beach and the swimming pool are good but there is no BBQ. The communication with the Owner were very fast, friendly and Easy

Jun 2021We had an excellent time. The location to pool and beach access was perfect. 5 adults slept very well, unit is big. Didn’t use the kitchen for cooking anything but toast and warming up takeout, but it had everything. Staff was super friendly. I don’t have any cons, because I try not to complain about vacation. Minor inconvenience... I would agree with other reviewers about the noise from upstairs neighbors, but it didn’t affect us much. We had to buy toilet paper and only was left one garbage bag. The worst thing.. the pool closed at 7:30. Too early for vacationers in my opinion. TIP: download the Circuit App. It’s a shuttle that runs along the boardwalk area. A little electric car that runs like an Uber. It’s $1 per person per ride. Saved us a ton of money on Ubers to and from boardwalk area….and made it easy to do more things. We didn’t want to rent a car. Friendly drivers. (Remember to tip them)

Dec 2020We had a fabulous week at the tides. The view from the balcony was perfect for morning coffee or a place to lounge while the kids napped. We couldn’t hear neighbors or other in the hall at any given time besides the construction happening on the condo next to this but it was during the week 8-5, never when we’re were sleeping. We had everything we needed in the rental and the laundry was just down the hall. $1.85 USD to wash and $1.85 to dry. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The location was great! Plenty of places to shop for groceries near by, beautiful beach to walk and centrally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale and only a five minute drive to the Hollywood Broadwalk.
The pool was clean and heated. My kids swam for 7 days straight. It’s fairly quiet as no speakers are allowed and they don’t play music. We did take our speaker and played it quietly and were never told not to. The bathrooms by the pool were always clean and saved us many trips back up to the condo.
Anna was a wonderful host; she was always quick to respond and even allowed us to extend our stay last minute. We had a little issue with the master bedroom door handle breaking and locking us out but the on-site property manager was quick to come up and help my husband fix it and the owner was available to FaceTime to work through the issue. We did travel during COVID restrictions so we were mandated to wear a mask every time we left the condo to walk to the pool/beach. We didn’t mind and were happy to see this rule was enforced.
We will certainly be back in the future! Thank you for a great stay!

Jun 2021We are a group of 4 and have to say this place exceeded our expectations. Everyone from the owner to the staff were very informative, friendly and professional. The apartment was clean and comfy and located on a perfect location right on the beach. We were all very pleased and look forward to another stay.

Apr 2018Upscale modern condo with great views of the ocean from the balcony. All appliances are beautiful as well as the furniture. Very very clean unit with every thing you need for the beach. Manager and owner of the rental were both wonderful and very helpful. We are trying to book a month we had such a great time at the tides.

May 2017The unit is very clean and modern with great views of the pool and ocean. Location is also ideal for families as it's close to everything. From booking to arrival to checkout.. everything was perfect. Looking forward to my return.

Jun 2021The stay was nice, the only negative we experienced was the pool hours: the pool closed at 7 p.m. At other sites, the pool was opened well into the late evening. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Dec 2019The property was perfect for us. Light and airy with a great view. Beds were comfy and the kitchen is well stocked (aluminum foil would be a nice touch). Having a garbage chute was so helpful. We used the laundry room. Very easy and everything came out nice and clean. The location is great with parking on site. Pop into Patagonia across the street for a delicious pastry and coffee.

Feb 2021The property was excellent. We had an awesome time as a family! The pool was heated and so it was warm and fun to enjoy every day. The beach was clean and not too crowded. There was an awesome cafe in the building that had great food (a little pricy, but it was right there so you pay a little more for the convenience). The pizza place across the street from the property was actually really good as well. The condo unit itself was spotless when we arrived. The balcony view was awesome- overlooking the pool and the ocean as well- just a great spot.
There were only 2 downsides that we experienced while we were there. First, the elevators were sometimes pretty slow and you had to wait awhile to catch one. But most of the time it was fine, but there were a few times where it took over 5 minutes for an elevator to arrive. The second downside is that the unit above us was quite loud. Specifically one night they were doing something very, very loudly like moving furniture or having a party or something and that kept us up until well past 1am. The other nights were just fine, but that was pretty frustrating. All that being said, neither of those things would stop us from staying at the property again. We loved it so much and highly, highly recommend it! It is a great spot!

Jun 2019The property is exactly as described. Very well maintained and has a great view of ocean and pool area. Nicely equipped kitchen and even has pool toys and chairs for beach. My only suggestion would be more furniture.

Aug 2021The employees of the condominium were absolutely rude, we have never been treated so bad before, we will never stay here again just because of the employees. Also they chase people down who are coming in from the beach/pool who forgot their mask and instead of offering you one they chase you down and threaten to fine you an absurd amount, absolutely ridiculous and will never return.

Nov 2022The condo itself was lovely. The parking situation was not. when we arrived at the condo, the gentleman told us that we had to wait until the next day to get a parking pass. he told us for now that he would let us in and out. we drove the car to the parking lot where there was an alarm system. I drove up to the arm and it would not open. I got out of the car and all of a sudden the arm went up and hit me in the head and I knocked me to the ground. I filed a complaint with the management.

Jan 2019The condo is perfect. Super clean, big open spaces, and an amazing view of the pool and the ocean.
Check in with Elcio was very easy and he walked us through every step. He was also there in case we had any questions.
It was nice to find beach toys for the kids including buckets and shovels... there was even a pack and play for our 8 month old!
Overall we had a great experience.

The pool “closes“ at 730pm which is to say the overly self-important old man pool watcher gets done with his shift at that time. It's a bit ridiculous considering it doesn't get dark until after 830pm and their isn't a lifeguard, so why close it so early? However, people did still swim after that time anyways, so...? Speaking of the pool, if want to cool off and relax from the heat I suggest taking a cold shower as the pool is akin to a hot tub or simply jumping into a warm bath. The condo is great, is it the Ritz or Hilton, no, but it's as advertised. Aside from the pool stuff, the only negatives about this place is the building staff and the check-in process. Very unfriendly staff, LOVE their make believe power on enforcing people to wear a mask and will threaten $100 fines (which I laughed at). The check-in process swindled $40 from me by charging $20 (non-refundable) for a key fob you need to enter and exit the beach gate and building. Then $20 for a parking pass that was supposed to be refunded when leaving but the office doesn't open until 9am and we needed to leave at 8am to catch our flight. Any attempts to get refunded via the help of the staff have been unsuccessful, as I stated above. The handler for the condo was very friendly and even let us in early because our flight arrived early before standard check-in, he was very nice but not a member of The Tides staff. Overall, the condo is a solid 4 stars... The building, The Tides, barely 1 star due to the staff.
