Die Aussicht auf das Wasser aus dem Schlafzimmer von Hampton Harbor sind sehr beeindruckend! Es gibt Parkplätze für zwei Fahrzeuge auf der unteren Ebene. Das Gebäude verfügt über vier Ebenen, die Wohnung ist auf der Stufe drei und vier. Auch die Wohnung ist nur einen Block vom schönen Hampton Beach.

Jul 2020We’ve been visiting Hampton Beach for over 20 years. Usually we get a house so we were concerned about renting a condo. But this worked great for us, 2 adult kids and 2 grandchildren. Bunk beds were perfect for grandkids. The downstairs master was ideal for us. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for preparing meals, which was important in the year of COVID. The unit is clean and comfortable. Having a washer dryer available always helps. Two covered parking spots without fear of being dinged is priceless. We usually stay a few blocks further north, but this location near J street is very convenient to the beach and a handful of restaurants and bars. Unfortunately COVID kept us from taking full advantage. It’s one quick block to the beach. The casino, arcade and boardwalk are also a short walk away. You will hear a little noise from Ashworth Avenue if fire trucks or loud motorcycles are going by but it didn’t impact our sleep at all.Overall great rental. David is very helpful and responsive.

Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, everything you could possibly need and the beautiful sunsets every night were the icing on the cake. The location was close to everything. Absolutely loved it!

Jul 2017We had a great family vacation at this condo. The condo is spacious, modern, and clean. Everything that you could think of was provided by the owner. We had four teenage boys ages 14-18 and a great time was had by all. It is a quick walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Sunsets and fireworks from the deck were spectacular. I highly recommend this vacation property.

Aug 2017The owner was awesome to work with. The property is a quick walk to the beach, private parking, and spacious. The owner provided all the essentials & anything needed. Neighbors are awesome within the quiet community. I would highly recommend staying here.

The Condo itself was perfect for what we wanted. We used the bottom half of the property while the 3 teens had their own space upstairs. The owner met us on our arrival and went through everything within the property. I would stay here again next time I am up that way.

Aug 2018Just got back from our stay at this beautiful condo. We were within walking distance to everything, Beach, restaurants, shopping, kids activities, Etc.. Hampton Beach offers lots to do on a single strip. They even have fireworks every Wednesday night and movie night for the kids on the beach, every Monday night. This condo was impeccable. We were a family of 7, and had plenty of room for all. It is quite spacious. The place is a dream. David, the owner, was excellent! He met us upon arrival, and departure. He explained everything we needed to know. David keeps A well-stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes! silverware , Etc.. linens are also provided. So packing is a breeze. If you're looking for top-notch in a vacation rental, look no further. Thank you David, for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home!

Jul 2018Great vacation. Location is perfect. Close enough to the beach and boardwalk yet on the back street so not noisy all day and night. Spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and nice not to have to bring your own sheets and bath towels. David is very accommodating and friendly. Looking forward to returning.

Aug 2017Great location that is only one block from the beach. Brand new super comfortable beds, linens and fully stocked kitchen. Dave the owner met us at arrival and was super friendly and accommodating. Two covered parking spaces are included. Condo had elevator access as well for when you soaked up a little too much sun on the beach and didn't feel like walking the stairs. Our travel group included myself and my husband and our two boys 4 and 6. Also along for the vacation were my husbands parents. Plenty of room for all.
The only negative is it would have been nice to have two twins beds or bunk beds in the third bedroom for the kiddos. We were unable to use the upstairs den with the large tv in the evening after the kids went to bed because we had to utilize the pull out sofa bed for one of the kids.
Would definitely stay again!

Aug 2018First off the position is near perfect. You are right in the middle of the strip one block back from the beach. The split level unit was perfect for our family of 4 as the kids took over the upstairs and we stayed on the lower level. The kids loved having their own space and had some friends over. Finally David took the time to explain everything to us and answer any an all questions we had. It was a wonderful week. Hope to book again next season. Thanks David !

Jul 2019David met.us upon arrival and showed us everything. Location is perfectly centered on strip. Two parking spots right near secured entrance. Condo itself was fabulous. He provided all basic amenities (shower towels, toilet paper, etc) Very easy to communicate with. We will be back!
