Oct 2021We really enjoyed our stay at Condominium Stella Site. It was very clean, we had everything we could wish for, including a lot of space, and the staff was very friendly!

Jan 2023Very well located, just opposite the main station. Google maps will lead you round the back of the building but there is a shorter route to the side door as we found out. Very spacious and good value for money, we were staying for only one evening but there is a section with a lot of restaurants nearby so staying for multiple nights would have been good too.
Easy checkout by placing keys in a box on your way out
The lift to the room was really small so plan accordingly.

Jan 2023The staff is nice and helpfull, the room size is big, we have a very good steamboat dinner inside our room with very cheap seafood, vegetables brought from Maxvalue nearby.

Dec 2022The room was as advertised and they delivered what they promised (such as parking). The staff was helpful and friendly when we arrived. The location was great, though not easy to find initially. Room was spacious by Japanese standards.
While it was consistent with the advertisement, the room could be better segmented into different usage areas. The layout also left no room for privacy so it may not be that ideal for non-family groups.

Jan 2023There are all you need like space, kitchen, washing but no bath robe no dryer.
Smoking all over the place for my 14day stay. I had to use air refresher spray all room. Difficult breathing sometime. Have to get fresh air. Host said it was from above or next door. However, it was quite strong. If I could I would leave to another place. If you are smoker that is fine otherwise don’t choose this place.
Also there are something was not unconditional like closet door, don’t touch it will collapse. Step is skid. Still have dust on the shelf in bed room.

Feb 2023it’s very spacious apartment for 3 of us. its within walking distance to train station, very clean and comfortable . PJ is provided. Free washer is a big bonus. Very staff who helped us to arrange luggage transfer.

Oct 2022Excellent location, large room with all the amenities. PJs, coffee, tea and 2 bottled water were provided. Bathroom was complete with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Centrally located near the Morning Fish Market and Hakodate Station. Friendly staff as we were late checking in.

Family friendly and unbelievable value for money
Oct 2022Centric and close to the railway station. Very quite and comfy but in short walking distance of bars, restaurants and market rea. Huge bathroom. We enjoyed our time there together with our two little children.
