Oct 2022very clean and comfortable rooms, great responsiveness from the host. location is good, opposite a lovely park and down from Ayala mall which has loads of places to dine. Good pool and gym facilities too, altogether a nice place to stay!

Nov 2022Travelling for 18 hours from London was a challenge enough. It was wonderful to be able to check in smoothly to our flats which were tastefully decorated and comfortable. .
Staff like Joven made all the arrangements for us. Airport transfers were well organised and prompt. They did a total of 7 airport transfers all which had very good transport and always on time.
Communication was always easy with Joven replying to our requests without delay.
We were a family of 13 visiting the Philippines with multiple domestic flights and hotels. It was a great relief to find schedules well followed and the staff all being so helpful.
Thank you also to Andrew who personally oversaw that our stay was a really restful and stress free one.
The hotel is also next to a very good Continental restaurant, named "Nono's."
Food there is well recommended. They use high quality ingredients and the breads like Brioche, croissants tasted very close to the French's. Breakfast is reasonably priced and ambience is very good.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the malls with plenty of places to eat and shop. It's also across a children's playground which is handy when you have 4 kids wanting to burn energy. The pool is also good for a swim and is very child friendly.
We will recommend this hotel and will look forward to going back in the future. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
It could do with a bit more crockery and cutlery for the loft accommodation.
A bread toaster can also be handy for breakfast.
Hooks in the bathroom for hanging used towels which don't need replacing.

The room was clean and spacious, there were all necessary amenities, including tea-making facilities. Spacious and comfortable bathroom, proper air conditioning, daily room cleaning... Can't really find anything negative.
I liked the view from the room, especially during sunset/sunrise.
The location is convenient: there's a 7-11 next to the place; it's 5 minutes' walk to the Greenbelt malls complex and a Landmark store where you can find literally everything you might want/need. It's 15 minutes' walk to the MRT in case you prefer to travel that way. The neighborhood is clean and safe, I enjoyed walking around.
Overall, I'm definitely glad I chose this place to stay, and this is going to my go-to place next time I'm staying in Manila without a doubt.

Great place with perfect service and location
Feb 2023The apartment was great, very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and everything you could need. We even had a small balcony and could enjoy beautiful sunsets. The location of the hotel is fantastic. There is a beautiful little park right in front of the door, and shops are just a few steps away. Joven was an amazing host and always helped us very quickly and friendly with all our wishes. Overall we really had a wonderful stay.
Unfortunately, the wifi only worked in our room, but not in the hallway or in the lobby. It would have been nice and helpful if we could have used the internet throughout the building. The bathroom was very nice and well equipped, only the shower water was not very hot.

Jan 2023Excellent communication with the friendly and helpful staff at all times, a great room in a good safe location, a recreational park just across the road, and a major mall (Greenbelt) and great food/entertainment just a short (5 - 10 mins) walk away.
It can be hard to catch a taxi from this location, better to use ride share or walk to the Greenbelt mall.
