Aug 2021The property is situated near the Ortigas CBD, inside is like a haven away from the noisy city streets. all works well, it was clean and spacious. We enjoyed everything! The most important thing was Ivo and Robbie are by far the most accommodating hosts I got to interact with, they went the extra mile to make sure our stay will be one for the books and it was! 'til next time

Jan 2022The location is great,.the roof deck has a fantastic view.the unit has 2 balcony,2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, 3 huge TV,fast wifi connection. Definitely will give you a very relax vacation.kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances.free parking space for 2.the owner is nice and accomodating. Value for money.

- That it's like it was a secret that the apartment was for vacation rental
- There was a buzzing/vibrating sound all day and louder during nighttime. It seems like it's coming from the building somewhere and can be loudly heard most especially in the bedroom with ensuite bathroom. We had difficulty sleeping as the sound was really disturbing/bothersome
- Pool usage not allowed or restricted with timeslots provided only on short notice (and not inline with the schedules requested in advance)
- The way to the parking (at the back) seems like a dangerous area
- Toilet flushes loudly (in both bathrooms) and the sound takes a while to stop
- Bed height is Japanese style (at the floor) which can make it difficult for some (especially those with leg/knee problems)

Aug 2021It was by far one of the best bookings that i've ever experienced. Robbie, the main contact person was so friendly and accommodating. He made sure that we are comfortable with our stay and checked on us from time to time. Will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.
