Apr 2023We liked the view, the beds were comfy, but not really wide enough for two adults and one child, despite being advertised as being so. The separate pool on the roof was amazing, but paid separately $5 each. Kitchenette was handy.
The room smelt fusty and wasn’t very clean. I cleaned the surfaces on arrival and there was trash in the bin. Towels only for two people despite booking for three. As it’s a condo block with many different accommodation providers, there was a lack of concierge service and we were very late for dinner waiting for towels for ‘10 minutes’ that ended up being 40! No ‘do not disturb’ signs available.

Jul 2022Vietnam fantastic from our room 2218 and it Was clean and big nice bed. Internet good and everything was in order. Location very good and nice beach very close
Nothing specific to mention, but our neigbour sometimes play music and we feel the isolation between apartments was not the best. Somtimes we could also hear they speak. It was also 2 double beds which was not what we booked but that was just a good place to put our suitcases.

The furniture cupboards were very old and broken as the draws were unusable. No parking allowance, not even for a motorbike which had to pay extra.
It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is comfortable and clean, the host is so nice and helpful!
Nov 2020The property's location is in the center of Nha Trang city and it nears the beach, just around 5-min walk. Moreover, the apartment's rate in this season is so good and suits our needs of travelling.
I wish the host could list the info of each apartment more detailed and exact so I don't have to double check for each booking.

Jul 2022The location of this hotel is great in Nha Trang, which is convenient to walk to nearby eateries, fruit stand, etc. The room is clean and spacious. We would stay here again.

Jul 2022The hotel was great, the room looked a little aged, like the curtain rail was a bit loose and it needed a bit of work but it was very comfortable. the staff here were great and there’s a coffee shop on the ground floor and a supermarket opposite. it’s as close to the beach as you could want, with stunning views onto the ocean. The gym was also great.
The pool could have been better as it was always in the shade and didn’t seem to get any direct sunlight. Unfortunately for the entirety of our stay there was some kind of festival going on pretty much outside the hotel with incredibly loud electronic music, people singing and bright lights flashing into the windows going on all day and until at least 11pm each night, one day it even started at 6am. I feel like the hotel should have informed us about this as we would definitely have booked somewhere else had we known this as it was literally impossible to sleep until the music had stopped. I’ve been outside nightclubs there were quieter than it was in the room, it was absolutely awful.

was great was good value for money and the location of the building is ideal.
the first rooms we checked into smelt so bad that we walked straight back out and got them changed. there was often a lingering smell if the rooms were left shut for too long like people had been eating durian in them. the housekeepers came far too early in the morning sometimes knocking on our door at 9:30am. we had a problem with a credit card being hacked after it was found by staff and returned, only time it had been out of our sight so keep valuables locked up, safe didn’t work so we had to lock them in cases.

May 2022This room is not as shown in the pictures, this is not an ocean view, booking.Com should review this sort of miss match pictures posted by owners or property management and put them under blacklist to enhance the quality of services in future.

Sep 2022Perfect location, the ocean view room had a good size with a big balcony. Room cleaned & new towels every day.
It's apartment with the kitchen, but the fridge was small, like a hotel fridge. Also we provided only 1 swipe card key, which was challenging as there's two of us, so we have to leave and comeback at the same time.
We had a room with a spa bath, but couldn't use as there's no drain cover/blocker. We asked to provide, but we haven't received it. We stayed there 12 days.

Description was 2x king size beds but we got one queen & one king, when I addressed the issue at the reception, they claim I booked room with Handy Panorama but directly at the hotel (which is another issue with the transparency). I've attached a photo for the reference, I am 176 cm tall. Another time when I asked for the additional pillow, I was told to wait for a while as they want to check with the host first. Very bad coordination!

Apr 2023Located close to the beach. A big property with a large number of well laid out rooms. The staff were pleasant (albeit busy) due to size of property. Close to everything and within walking distance of food and shops
