Die Lage in The West Condos ist absolut perfekt für erwachsene Gruppen oder Familien mit Kindern. Sie können in nur wenigen Minuten zum Fuß des Berges gehen. Setzen Sie sich nachts auf Ihre Couch und beobachten Sie am Wochenende das Feuerwerk am Fuße des Steamboat oder gehen Sie am Fuße des Berges, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, essen und trinken. Das Transitzentrum am Fuße des Berges ist ebenfalls ca. 1 min Fußweg entfernt, mit dem Sie die kostenlosen Stadtbusse in die Innenstadt, zum Lebensmittelgeschäft usw. fahren können. Die Lage ist absolut unglaublich.
Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet und aktualisiert. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett in einem der Schlafzimmer, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett und es gibt ein Queensize-Schlafsofa mit einer Memory-Schaum-Matratze zusätzliche 2 "Matratzenauflage für zusätzlichen Komfort. Der Küchen- und Wohnbereich ist ein offener Grundriss mit einer Essbar sowie einem Küchentisch für 6 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen neuen Samsung 55 "Fernseher und eine Soundbar, damit Sie sich nach einem langen Tag voller Aktivitäten hinsetzen und entspannen können. Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN und Kabel-TV.
Es gibt einen beheizten Außenpool und 2 Whirlpools nur wenige Schritte von Ihrer Tür entfernt. Das Gerät verfügt auch über 2 Parkausweise für Gäste, die im Freien parken, sodass Ihre Fahrzeuge keine Höhenbeschränkungen haben.

May 2023Too many stairs to climb and no bathroom on the ground floor. We were all seniors. I wish their had been pictures of both floors to be able to see the lay out of the condo. The only picture I saw on line was of the kitchen. It was clean and Aaron was nice and helpful but we will probably go back to Trailhead Lodge next year. It would be good for Vrbo to recommend condos for seniors, catering to their needs.

Mar 2023Awesome location within walking distance to the gondola base/ transit center ( with ski gear)… facilities are adequate… bathrooms have been updated but the complex and layout overall is a little dated… nice hot tub and pool for post ski soak/ relax…overall a functional property for summer/ winter mountain activities with a responsive and attentive host

Mar 2023This was our second time staying at this location and we had another great trip. Location is great for being close to food and the gondola. Space is perfect for our little family and it has everything you need to make all your meals at home. Aaron was super responsive and a great host. I would totally rent this property again. Thanks for another great week in the Boat!

Jan 2023We loved our stay in this condo - it sits right across the street from the base of Steamboat resort with beautiful views of the slopes. We could walk to the gondolas in less than 5 minutes. The condo was clean, well appointed, and comfortable (especially the beds!). The owners were responsive and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this condo for a great ski get away!

Jan 2023This rental is everything you want and need when skiing in Steamboat. The location is ideal with a very easy walk that is well maintained to the Ski Village. The owner is very responsive to questions and requests. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep and serving a meal. Beds are comfortable with extra blankets, pillows and portable fans. Don’t hesitate to book this rental for your next trip to Steamboat.

If location is important to you and you are not interested in riding a crowded bus with all your ski gear, stay here. We walked to the ski lifts. If you want to go grocery shopping or out to eat/shopping in town, the buses are less than 100 yards away and come every 15-20 minutes. My son and his girlfriend went back to the condo for lunch because it is that convenient.
Condo was clean and well stocked with the basics. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were a nice convenience. Decor and fire place were very nice.
The view of the mountain from the condo was spectacular.
My college age children used the hot tub and enjoyed it. This condo would be good for tweens and teens also because they can come and go easily without much thought or concern; the area is safe.
I don’t know what else I can rave about except the hosts who were very very responsive and accommodating. Texts were returned promptly. We asked if a Christmas tree could be provided since we were skiing over Christmas, and they happily set one up with lights and ornaments!
Exceptional location, hosts and condo. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Nov 2022The condo had all the amenities we needed. It’s a smaller complex, so not overwhelming. All you need to do is cross the street and you are at the center of the ski resort village. Do you even have a view of the mountain from the master bedroom. Aaron was wonderful to work with. I would definitely go back during ski season.

Aug 2022This is a wonderful property, situated in super-convenient location extremely close to the mountain. We were in town for a wedding on top of the mountain and wanted a property close to the gondola. Aaron's condo is literally just steps away, but is also part of a development that almost has its own "neighborhood feel" to it, while providing easy access to shops, restaurants and the ski hill. Aaron was an excellent host and highly communicative -- thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to stay in your property! We hope to be back in the future!

Aug 2022The property was at a great location. Walking distance to transportation and mountain. House was clean and very well equipped. Owners were readily available for any problems. We only had issues on how to operate tv, but that was user error 🤣🤣. Would highly recommend this house for skiing or summer!!!!

But I did tell my brother he'd love the location for skiing. But the beds and pillows are comfy, it's nice to have a washer and dryer. Having extra pool/hot tub towels is a plus. The kitchen is well equipped and organized. And it's was a nice touch to have little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash to use. The kids loved playing Steamboat Springs Oply. We played as a family and then we went downtown and site seeing it was fun to point out places on interest that were in the game. I'd def recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Steamboat😊
