the view was amazing and the apartment was very comfortable. Very informative information book on coffee table was very useful. Wish we could have stayed longer in your very picturesque town.

I didn't think it was luxury ordinary 2 br unit for the price 450 for one night not even busy no one else there

The view from the balcony was great. Having a washing machine and a dryer was so handy. So good having 2 bathrooms. Very convenient having an elevator for access too. Undercover space for car was a bonus

Bed was a bit hard but that's personal preference. Everything else was great!

The unit was clean and well appointed, perfect for two couples and easy walking distance to town

The staff member that checked us in was so lovely and helpful. Our girls were so excited with the apartment and so were we. It was the so nice and a shame we could only stay 1 night. Thanks for having us - we will definitely recommend you to everyone

Nothing we didn’t like. It was hard carrying 3 heavy suitcases us there stairs but we all needed the exercise.

The place was sparkling and plenty of room for a small family. Check in was a breeze

The onsite manager greeted us and was most hospitable and helpful. Stunning location, view of the sea and snow caped mountains. Very well appointed apartment, warm and comfortable.

The manager was amazing she was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

The smoke alarm going off at 5 am and having to get 3 kids up and dressed out the door. Apparently this is something that happens in this apartment and the owner is aware that they need to fix it and upgrade but have not done this yet.

The hospitality was excellent and the room extremely clean

The apartment was beautifully presented, had everything you could possibly need and was spotlessly clean. Great for kids, families, friends, everyone! I loved the fact that it indeed had a fabulous sea view. Extra points for the refillable, lovely smelling hand wash, body wash and shampoo and the milk in a glass bottle.

The Bed was too hard

The alarm clock went off in the middle of the night and must of had a snooze setting so ended up unplugging it

Extremely rude staff with very bad attitude when we inquired about a broken heating fan in the bathroom. He was very rude to us, did not offer to help , insisted there is nothing he can do, told us to deal with it or use other working bathrooms when we esepcially booked this place for each of us to be have our own bathrooms. He only came to look at the heater because we insisted but still acted very reluctant. The heater was never fixed for us. He brought over two oil heaters with one of them completely broken with switches. He remained rude when we called again for another working one. He refused and told it is not cold and suggested we should find a different hotel at 8pm at night. Highly do not recommend if you expect decent service.
