Aug 2022We were so happy with our stay at this great place. Not only was it clean but it had all the amenities that we needed plus extras. Every detail was well thought out to ensure our comfort during our stay. The location was a great home base as we traveled around Los Angeles and Santa Monica. After a long days it was great to come "home" to the lovely pool. I highly recommend checking this place out. Myself my husband and are two preteens or very comfortable in this one bedroom.

Apr 2022We were looking to do all of the fun Hollywood tourist-y things. This location was perfect! It was near everything. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. It was stocked with everything you might need, and the communication with the owner was second to none. I appreciated everything about this property!

Apr 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-stocked unit with a groovy mid-century theme. The kitchen is complete and even has food staples for residents' use. The king size bed was very comfortable and spacious. Closet space is abundant. It was a little too cool for pool use for us, but it looked inviting anyway. And, best of all, in our view, it is very close to our grandchildren in their Riverside Rancho adjacent neighborhood.

Oct 2022We stayed three nights and it was perfect for us (two adults and one teenager). Location was great and close to everything we were doing (Universal, Hollywood, short drive to the beach). Didn't use the pool but looked clean and nice. Apartment was supplied with everything we could need for a few days including a large selection of Keurig coffee which was greatly appreciated! Communication with hosts was top notch and responded to the few questions we had within minutes. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Oct 2022We stayed here while we attended Universal Studios Horror Nights. The location is ideal. Easy freeway access with a gas station located on the corner. There is also a Cafe across the street so it was nice to wake up and just walk across the street for breakfast.
The rental itself was spotless. Beautifully decorated. The kitchen had essentials in the refrigerator and there was food and snacks in the cabinet. The bathroom also had a few extras in there if you so happened to forget to pack anything. Very thoughtful to have those extra touches. The bed was comfy and the linens were nice. If we go back up this way we will definitely rent again. I really liked the whole building set up.

Dec 2022We stayed from Monday until Saturday. The apartment was so clean and beautiful, and stocked with so much food and condiments. I loved how big and comfortable the bed was, and my son slept in the living room sofa/bed. We shopped in nearby supermarkets and stores and cooked most evenings; it was great just to relax and hang out here after our hectic days. Our flight to LA was changed to 7am, but Sandy and Ray came to our rescue; they let us stay in a warm apartment while they got our's ready so we could check-in extra early. Between our hosts being so welcoming, the place being so gorgeous, well-kept and equipped, plus the location so central and convenient, we will definitely stay here again.

Jun 2022We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very hospitable- answered all our questions before our stay, very clean property and had some basic staples for us in the kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. One of the most thoughtful hosts. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nov 2022We loved this place! Ray was very accommodating and made us feel right at home. The apartment is lovely and well cared for. We really appreciated the extra details such as breakfast items, condiments, coffee, filtered drinking water and shampoo/conditioner in the shower. Really nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and the place had everything you need for a relaxing long-term stay. Felt like our home away from home. Loved Riverside Rancho-LA's best kept secret. Great park a few blocks away horse-back riding. And so close to excellent hiking trails in Griffith Park. Highly recommend and hope to return again!

We arrived late at night and were relieved to find everything we needed and more for breakfast the next day in the fridge and pantry staples. It’s well located. Ray was responsive and offered up information before I needed to ask. Highly recommend!

Jul 2022We are a family of 5. 3 little kids. The king size bed we gave to the kids and it was a very comfortable bed. The futon like couch bed was comfortable but really only for one adult. I slept on that and my husband slept on the cot which I think he found bareable. There’s enough room on either side of the king size bed on the floor if you wanted to put the mat of the cot and sleep on the floor. We also had a toddler inflatable bed and there was enough space to put on the other side of the king size bed. We put inflatable bumpers on the king size bed for our kids. Clean and neat and was nice to have water in the fridge supplied by the host along w some other food necessities if you were cooking. We only had breakfast at home and was out the whole day. We didn’t use the pool but looked clean. It was a good home base. Gas station just a block down w a convenience store. Saw there was a cafe across the street which we didn’t try but is an option for breakfast I think.

Jul 2022This was a great location for all the things we had planned during our stay. We went to a Dodger game, Universal Studios, shopping, and the beach. Communication with the hosts was on point from start to finish!!! Loved this experience!!!

Sep 2022This is a gem, you definitely get more than you expect. The hosts communicates very well, and it is kid/adult friendly. There are some rules but nothing to stress about. The pool was unusually warm due to it being an extremely hot day, non the less the pool was the highlight of our stay. This is a must book you will enjoy every bit of your time relaxing.

Mar 2022The property was very clean, however when we arrived they were still cleaning and took a little long to get going. We were tired with a tired baby, but other than that very clean. Did not like the building very much was much older and location wise it's not the closest to everything. Other than that the place was well equipped and bed was comfortable.

Apr 2022The place was beautiful everything we needed took all my worries away.. The bed was so big slept awesome. And there where so many blankets and surprises. Can't wait to go back. It was the perfect location to see everything in LA. Raymond and Sandy where so sweet. Thank you guys again.

Nov 2022The place was amazing and extremely clean. It had all the appliances we needed to make food. There was nothing they didn’t have and it was incredibly cozy in the Space . I would come here again and again 10/10 experience.

Dec 2022The location is excellent. Glendale is very nice and safe. Close to malls, and downtown LA. The building is secured and very quiet. The owner is very helpful and responds immediately. The apartment was clean and he left us some food. I highly recommend this place for your next visit to LA

The neighbourhood is safe, we had a parking spot, the place has super high speed internet and it was close to all the major attractions. We really enjoyed exploring the city! The place is well put together and had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay! We would definitely come back again! It was overall a great experience.
