Jan 2023The hosts would be bring extra coffee or tea if requested. I originally booked a sea view room but the studios are not sea view. I was upgraded for free to a seaview 1 bedroom that was lovely. I requested a very late check out and the small service fee was reasonable.
Finding the property is difficult. It's called Costa. The guards were not very friendly when I arrived via motorbike. It's possible to park in the back but English language comprehension was very difficult all around. The held my ID until checkout which I thought was a bit unusual but it all worked out in the end.

Nov 2022The apartment is very luxurious and has a sea front location that is very convenient for traveling in the city. The room was very clean and very large, the balcony had a very nice sea view. This is a very good apartment when you come to Nha Trang resort that you should find out

Nov 2022The apartment is very located near the sea, very convenient to travel in the city center. The room is cleaned very clean and has a balcony overlooking the sea very nice, the interior of the room is basic enough for daily use. The host is very enthusiastic to support when checking in, everything is very good
The swimming pool here is not as large as the pool of the intercontinental hotel next door, there is a door to the hotel's swimming pool but it is announced to be locked.

Dec 2022The apartment is on the 11th floor of "The Costa", next to the Intercontinental Hotel. You can book directly through Costa but at higher prices. The view is on a section of the sea (between two high building) towards Hon Tre "Vinpearl island". The location is prime on the Tran Phu boulevard. The private beach chairs and umbrellas are a (rare) bonus in Nha Trang.
The swimming pool is only 1.15m deep and very small. Children will probably enjoy it.

Jan 2023Staff at the reception is really friendly, always helps with luggage and other stuff. Apartments are spacious, even huge. The building is located on the first line, there is a beach nearby. Parking is free. Sight is great. Nice balcony.
The place is not clean at all, there is black mold all over the bathroom. Shower leaks from every joint. Out of 5 lights only 2 was working in the bathroom, so it was very dark. During one of the rains two huge puddles of water appeared out of nowhere on the floor in the bedroom. Towels in the bathroom are so dated, they literally have holes in them, we were not surprised though as the cleaning staff use them to wipe above puddles on the floor. The kitchenware is ridiculous, it's there just to check a box on Booking, it is that scarce. You will be able to have a meal with it, but for five-stars apartments it is laughable. I also don't like when there are tiles on the floor all over the place, but that is just personal preference.
About check-in - we asked for early one, but not only it was refused, but actually delayed for 15-20 minutes.

May 2023Leena the property manager is very helpful and a lovely person. if you go to the resort, ask for Leena and she will look after your needs very well. after check out Leena kindly looked after our bags while we looked around. the house keeping is also exceptional.

Very frustrating every time we had to enter as you need to put the key into a lock which you can't see unless you squat down and then it's very difficult to take the key out. I don't know why they don't just use a card tap or pin number as it has the capability. Mattress too hard.
