Its unfortunate that the pool is not finished yet. If the pool is available, I would give this place 10/10 😁

Oct 2022The suite is very clean and comfortable with stunning sea view, spacious living room, completed facilities(Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, fridge, a small kitchen with utensil provided).
MLH customer service is very helpful & always available for support, will definitely come back again.

Jan 2023The apartment was located in a really strategic place, near to Jesselton point making it easy to walk to Jesselton point and Jesselton mall.
Hot shower was not available for a day and a half that we stayed there. When I requested for a place to have a hot shower - as we just got back from the island and couldn’t stand another cold shower - we were made to shower in the staff apartment where the laundry was being done. A staff also stayed in the apartment with us while we showered, not allowing us privacy.
There was also an exit door that kept opening which made the bed next to it cannot be slept in so we had to share our bed with our 6 years old.
to be honest, the staff are kind, check in & check out instruction are clear. property is wonderful, worth every pen

Oct 2022Spacious and comfortable suite with attached kitchenette. Room is fully equipped with amenities (iron, ironing board, etc). Bathroom is adequately sized . Bed is super comfortable. Car park is secure and not difficult to manoeuvre.
Staff is very helpful and provide support whenever needed.

The only issue was that water pressure for the heater was a bit low but other than that everything was fantastic!
