Mar 2018Wonderful condo, clean and well appointed. Arrangements to get in and out very well organized. Owner is a great communicator, and the caretaker is very attentive. Wifi, TVs, AC work very well. Gracious space and nice bathrooms and kitchen. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Jul 2022We stayed here for a long weekend, and this is the most well-stocked place we have ever stayed in so far. The house is clean, homey, and child-friendly. The place is a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. Communicating with Bob and Judy has been a breeze. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Jan 2019We loved listening to the waves at night, waking up to a view, walking out on the sand, and even snorkeling right there! The condo had all we needed to be comfortable and self catering, and the beach toys, towels, chairs and cooler made our excursions to other beaches so much more fun. Bob was very helpful and attentive on the phone and we hope we can go back again some day. Thank you for a wonderful home base for a week of memories to cherish!

Apr 2016We had an amazing week at Cayman Conch Quest! We are a family of 4 (boys ages 8 & 10) staying the week before Easter. We have traveled to other islands, but this was our first time visiting Grand Cayman and the first time we rented a property outside of the U.S. Bob was great to work with! The rental process was simple, his response time was quick, and the condo was better than advertised. It was a perfect place to return to after visiting a new beach each day. Having the use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler made our day trips so easy. The condo overall was very well stocked and super clean. We thought the location of this unit was the best since you had a perfect view of the ocean and the pool. A ground floor unit was ideal for us since we didn’t have to trek up and down stairs. The beach in front of the condo was nice and quiet, and fun to take walks. The pool was an added bonus. After visiting Seven Mile Beach once, we were so happy we chose to stay on the North Side of the island!
We truly enjoyed the island visiting many beaches. Some of our favorites were Barefoot Beach, Cayman Kai Public Beach, and Spotts Beach since we were able to swim with the turtles. We had the opportunity to eat at a few restaurants as well. Our favorite was Tukka!
We typically like to visit new places, and not repeat, since it’s a “big world.” However, we loved Grand Cayman so much that we can’t wait to return and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again. It was truly paradise!

Mar 2019We had a great stay at this property. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to travel to Grand Cayman. Everything was as stated and promised. This condo is incredibly clean well appointed. Bob (the Owner) went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Everything in the condo was in excellent shape and well care for. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had anything we could possible need, there is even a supply or water toys, snorkels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. available for us to use.
Communication was excellent with Bob and we never had any worries that all would be well. Bob kept us informed and even supplied us with a a bunch of information before we arrived to help make our travels better. Bottom line is I would recommend this rental to anyone. We had a great visit and look forward to going back again.

Jun 2019This condo was better than shown. It was extremely clean and very well stocked with useful items. It is in a very quiet location and most of the time there were only 2-6 other guests. Pool area is very nice with a covered yalapa, outdoor shower, clean-up station, etc. Views are wonderful. The owner, Bob, was great to work with and his onsite manager even stopped by to see if everything was good! Thanks for a great vacation,

Dec 2022The writeup states” here you will find some of the best snorkeling on the island..” Actually the beach in front of the condo is covered in seaweed with lots of pebbles and stones. Also stated is “ Internet access is included for your use.” when you have already booked this condo, the owner does tell you that internet service (to this particular unit only in the building) may have problems. We had no internet for 3 days. When I complained ,the owner did reply saying . “I was not made aware that this would be such a critical part of your visit, because if I had known ahead of time you might have considered other accommodations. “

Oct 2019The property is more than accommodating with comfortable beds, spacious interior, nice porch to keep out the bugs and a very clean pool that we completely enjoyed. Distance is a little rough if you want to visit decent beaches. Grocery, supplies, snorkeling are close by.

He also provided the address, phone number, and other information we would need at immigration. The booklet he gives you is priceless. I liked the keyless entry and not haveing to worry about losing keys. The kitchen was well stocked and included spices, tea, and coffee. We had stayed at this condo about 10 years ago and it was just as nice this time. It is clean, well maintained, and looks new. The property manager was very responsive to the few minor needs we had. The condo is convenient to rum point and starfish point and not too far from restaurants central and east end. Our favorite restaurant was The Caboose near the north/south road intersection and we also liked the Eagle Ray on the East End. We enjoyed time on the lanai and appreciated all the extras there.

Aug 2018The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was also equipped with everything needed for a great vacation. Bob was extremely helpful in offering suggestions about where to go and what to see which helped us plan the perfect get away. He sent information about places to shop and directions that took the guess work out of going to a new place. The only thing I would do differently is make the stay longer, as there is so much to see and do on the island that it is impossible to fit it all into a week.
I want to personally thank you, Bob, for all that you did to make our vacation wonderful! I know that sharing your experience was what made this trip so much more enjoyable for us. It allowed us to plan things without worrying about wasting precious time. We will definitely be returning in the future!

May 2018The condo was the perfect size. Exactly like advertised. Bob and his manager made sure we were welcomed. Bob even called to make sure everytHing was perfect. The pool was great. Since the area in front of the condo isn't for swimming we only snorkeled there once, but the views were great. The weather was really nasty this week, but we enjoyed totally relaxing watching movies and reading books. You won't go wrong renting this condo.

Mar 2017If you are looking for a relaxed vacation on the north shore of Grand Cayman this is the place to go! Very clean townhouse unit in a quiet complex, extremely well equipped kitchen, we did not miss anything. The patio overlooking the ocean is great for dinner under the sound of waves. Its a few minutes drive to Rum Point, which so far is our favorite beach in the Caribbean. We definitely will be back. Thank you Bob!

May 2019Great location, easy access to amazing beaches and the solitude we needed for a great get-away. The condo was super clean and bigger than expected, really comfortable for our family and 9-year old. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to pool toys, a cooler, lots of beach towels and so many other things that made the stay easy and comfortable to explore the island. Having breakie and dinners in the lanai listening to the ocean was a wonderful start and finish to our days. The only downside was the beach, not swimmable but you could snorkel if you wanted. A great spot for exploring the island.

Jul 2018Cayman Conch was the perfect place for our family of 4. The condo was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, from beach chairs and towels to all the kitchen equipment you could want. Bob, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our trip and the information packet he provides is great. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The pool was perfect for my kids aged 9 and 12. We didn’t swim at the beach in front of condo that much but it was beautiful and relaxing to watch and hear the ocean. Being on the north side was quiet and low key. Just our style and family friendly.
We definitely recommend going on the Reef and Rays trip with Ocean Frontiers. Since it was a small boat we got a lot of personalized time with the rays. The larger boats brought dozens of people to the sandbar and it looked so crowded. We also did the 3 stop snorkle trip with Ocean Frontiers, which was great too. Restaurants to recommend: Over the Edge, Kaibo, Tukka and Big Tree BBQ. We also liked Da Fish Shack and Paradise Grill in Georgetown. Eden Rock Dive Center was super friendly and had a great selection of equipment to rent.
We would definitely stay at Cayman Conch again!

The owner made sure that all was good and correct before and during the stay. We look forward to returning and staying at this exceptional property.

Dec 2017A wonderfully appointed condo with everything you need including beach toys, towels, and snorkel gear. Bob was wonderful to work with. He call us the first night to make sure all was well. The housekeeper stopped in the morning. Do not hesitate to rent this lovely place.
