Sep 2018We stayed for four nights and had an amazing stay. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It is in easy walking distance of south beach and many other attractions in Miami Beach. Great parking just outside the building and a private pool for the building, which we never had to share with anyone else. Lola was a fantastic host, easy to contact and very friendly. I would recommend this apartment to anybody and would definitely stay here again. Weiterlesen

Dec 2021We love this apartment and would stay there again. It was close to S Beach strip and close to high end restaurants closer to the tip. Just about every piece of equipment that you would need was provided, but the place was streamlined and had excellent design.
We never made to the beach because the weather was bad, but beach equipment was provided as well.
If you want somewhere quiet but close everything, this is it. Lola got us on-the-street parking passes, and as she promised, there was never difficulty finding a space near the front door. Weiterlesen

We so appreciated that we were able to check in early in the day after we disembarked from our cruise.

Feb 2019This is the perfect spot to stay if you are looking for the best of Miami Beach. Just a few footsteps from the ocean and all of what historic South Beach has to offer. It's also two blocks from Ocean Dr and the famous night life but far enough away so that you can sleep quietly at night.
The studio is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and the building and the surrounding grounds are well maintained. The neighborhood made me feel at home and safe.
I would recommend this rental to anyone and will certainly stay here again myself. Weiterlesen

Apr 2021This is a very cute studio in a fantastic location in SOFI. I did not use my car for 3 days. Lola is fantastic, very prompt at responding, very accommodating. She is by far one of the best owners I have worked with! It was a pleasure. Please know to ask for a parking permit through Lola, you pay for permitted parking in advance- much cheaper than a garage in this neighborhood. My teen daughter and I were very comfortable in the studio, it is well thought out and the washer/dryer was well appreciated. We walked to south point park and the beach, and went to area restaurants. The building has a lovely courtyard and is surprisingly quiet considering the neighborhood. There is a gate at the entrance and at the building, so security is good.The wifi worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this studio for 2-3 travelers who want to explore this neighborhood. Really lovely good size studio apartment , fully functional kitchen to cook meals as we did few times, very clean, has everything you need to stay near beach... beach towels , sand toys.
Location is great, 5 min. walk to the beach, many restaurants round the corner on Washington ave, 10 min. walk to big Publix supermarket, 5min. to bike rental shop on 5th street which has great choice of bikes to rent.
Property owner Lola very responsive to all enquiries.

May 2021My wife and I had a wonderful time. The property is in a great location! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Some really good restaurants are in walking distance, one is CheeseburgeBurger Meister. The property was very clean, the bed was comfy and clean, and it is in a quiet neighborhood. It has a stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher and dishes. Our host Lola was great and helped us out with the parking which could be a little confusing. Mar 2020Lots of great things about this place: (1) Lola was exceptional at communicating throughout the whole process of renting her place. (2) This is the fourth different place I've rented in South Beach recently, and this one felt the safest. A gate requiring a key fob or code surrounds the building premises, and further a key fob or code is required to then get into the building. (Side note: In a couple other places I've stayed in the same neighborhood, I could hear people literally fighting in the streets right outside my apartment.) (3) The studio apartment and whole building is extremely clean and absolutely beautifully maintained both inside and out. The landscaping is pretty. (4) There's a cute little pool that we had all to ourselves on several occasions. (5) The studio apartment is well-stocked with essentials for cooking, as well as a washer and dryer and laundry detergent. (6) There's a pretty nice size closet with a dresser and hangers. (7) The studio apartment is in a great location, certainly within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and Miami Life Center - a world-class yoga studio, the reason for our visit. The only downfall was it was just a little noisy, but this could very well be because we were there during the first week of March, which is Spring Break for many schools. On several occasions we could hear the tenants above us, as this apartment is on second of three floors, seemingly stomping around, and on the weekend we could hear bass of music that couldn't be canceled out with airpods. This certainly wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but the occasional guest who comes to do something like yoga pretty early in the mornings, like a few of our neighbors next door that week, might want to know that. Overall, this was a fantastic place, and I recommend it to everyone, especially the traveler who is concerned with feeling safe. Weiterlesen

Oct 2021Everything went well. The VRBO information was confusing. There were no keys to get into the doors if you wanted to sit outside on the porch and required renters to go back outside of the property fence to enter a code prior to getting back inside the building. Another issue was numerous emails concerning exactly what time you were arriving and what time you were leaving although when renting the property, the information clearly stated checkin and checkout times. I have rented properties from VRBO for many years in various parts of the country and have never experienced this type of monitoring. Weiterlesen
