Aug 2022We were 8 and booked two apartments with 2 bedroom each + one extra-bed in living room. Good kitchen, well equipped. Wide bathroom. Easy parking, in the front yard,
The host was good, she came late at night upon out arrival.
Good price.
It's 30 minutes drive from Homer (but if you have time worth the effort)
Great little guest home for those not interested in camping!
May 2021Very homey, fun game room, host was very kind and sweet to accommodate us last minute on a holiday weekend.
The drive here was very far down a bumpy dirt road. A little dark inside the house and the lights buzz very loudly.

Jul 2021The veiw was amazing from both rooms on the top floor. The overall amenities of the apartment was great and the staff is amazing. We plan to book our next trip to Homer around staying here in one of the apartments. There is a large entertainment room with a mini pool table and other activities to enjoy.
They have a little of everything in the bathrooms to help if you forgot shower supplies, provide a fire pit and gas grill for out door enjoyment and the staff lives near by to come help on call when needed.
The kitchen had ditry dishes and old food in the oven and the oven didn't have all its abilities anymore. The TVs need to be properly set up to allow guest to enjoy the provided streaming services that are possible.
Need black out curtains or curtains in general in all the sleeping areas. The room we rented across from the apartment on the top floor had no way to darken the room.
They dont allow pets and we have a large dog that would love the open space of the accommodations and property.
We had a good time. The hosts were very accomodating.

One room /single room was not as cozy or comfortable as the other rooms. It started getting cold in Alaska, no heat in the entire building, perhaps a space heater or more blankets would have been more comfortable. A bit outdated, but all in all met our needs.

Enjoyable, the views were great, and got to see lots of wildlife.
Aug 2022I loved the solitude and the views. I didn't have time to use the fire pit but it was a nice amenity.
As I was there to fish in the bay it was a little far away, I just needed to add a little driving time to get to the boat.
