Jun 2023The property was as described, in a great location, and parking was a nice added touch. On Friday and Saturday evenings the area is busy into the evenings, but our family of 4 slept through it just fine. You could hear people on the street, but it wasn't loud at all inside. Monday quieted down much earlier in the evening. Love the location and views and would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the Portland area.

Jun 2023Our adult family had a wonderful time in Portland. This location was increíble, perfect walking everywhere and the views were unbelievable. We rented a car and were able to easily park next door and the apartment was great. Beautiful and clean and easy to get in and out of everyday. Highly recommend and wouldn’t suggest any changes! May 2023Our plan was to spend two evenings having great meals in Portland to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. This place was a bonus. It is incredibly comfortable with the best views in Portland. The highlight of the trip was slowly sharing a bottle of Champagne on the deck with an old friend. It was a perfect evening. Our stay here was a unique experience we will always remember.

The parking pass really makes it convenient to come and go if you need to drive somewhere. This space really makes a visit to Portland feel like a luxury getaway.

Apr 2023Great Overall Stay. Good Location. Good Space with Beautiful Views. Only Problem we had was that the Linens were not clean on the beds when we arrived. Large yellow stains on Duvet cover, and mascara on the pillows. Good communication from owners.

Feb 2023My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in February for a get-away weekend. We experienced the coldest weather in a generation- wind chills down to - 40 degrees! But we stayed warm and cozy with the help of the gas fireplace. It was so beautiful to just sit and watch the ever-changing scene on the port. This must be the best view in Portland. Unfortunately could not use either of the 2 outside decks due to weather, but they would be perfect in the summer. This condo was quiet, big, top of the line everything, short walks to great restaurants and bars. Perfect for 2 couples. Highly recommend, would love to return someday!

The unit itself has an outstanding view of the waterfront and was in immaculate condition with high end appliances and finishings. Jun 2022You can't beat the location! We walked everywhere.. so many fabulous restaurants and bars! The views were awesome and the place was amazing. 2 master bedrooms and a powder room.. bedrooms are open concept w glass shower and no walls within.. the powder room was handy to allow some privacy as needed. It was a very short walk to the Ferry (went to Peaks, rented a golf cart - loved!!) and we took a sunset cruise with Foggs Water Taxi - highly recommend!! Street & Company (lobster w linguini), DiMillo's (steamers!!), and Via Vecchia's were our favorite meals. Pat's Pizza was great when we needed that fix. The North Point and Sagamore Hill Lounge were our fav bars. We happened to hit the bluegrass jam day at Blue and wow!! That was super cool. Lots of great live music, food, drinks and gorgeous views in Portland, Maine - we all loved it!

Jun 2022We had an excellent stay in Portland! The property is located in the heart of the Old Port and provides beautiful views of the water. It is easy to get wherever you want in the city itself with easy walks or by car thanks to the convenient parking lot. Overall, this is a comfortable and spacious place to use as your home base while visiting the beautiful sites, tasty restaurants, and fantastic breweries or Maine.

Apr 2022We spent April break in Portland with our teenage daughters. The “Cornelia” was a perfect home base for exploring the city. Located right in the heart of old port, we were easily able to walk to shops and restaurants (highly recommend Captain Sam’s ice cream downstairs, Butcher Burger and Becky’s diner down the street). The space was clean and provided gorgeous panoramic views of the port -perfect for boat and people watching. The included parking pass for the adjacent lot was very convenient when we wanted to venture to old orchard beach and Freeport. We didn’t do any cooking during our stay but the kitchen was well-appointed with cookware, electrics, etc. It didn’t bother us, but be aware that there are a lot of noisy seagulls in the area and a moderate amount of street noise at night. We thought it added to the charm of being downtown on the water! Also be aware from a privacy standpoint that there isn’t much soundproofing between rooms within and outside the unit. While architecturally beautiful, bathrooms in both bedrooms are open concept with no door between the bath and bedroom which took some getting used to. The owners were very responsive leading up to our visit and available if we needed them during the stay (which we didn’t). All in all a great stay and would definitely return in the future!
