Apr 2022We had an amazing time. My baby's 1st birthday was indeed a memorable experience. Somerset completed it all. I love how the room was spacious and comfortable. Food was delicious! We will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and loved ones.

Mar 2023We checked-in Somerset because of festival that we attended at Filinvest Event Grounds, which is just 7 minutes away by walking, so the location is what we liked the most.
The customer service was superb. Check-in and check-out process was seamless.
The room was very roomy and clean. We also had a kitchen with complete utensils, cooking ware, and some equipment.
Breakfast has quiet a few selection, but we still enjoyed it.

Great wedding preparation hotel
Dec 2022We booked three 2-bedroom suites for a wedding preparation. We are a total of 12 pax. We like that the hotel is wedding preparation friendly. Great and modern facilities that will look good on pictures.
Upon check-in, one of our rooms was not available at 2pm (check-in time). It only became available at 3pm. Since our rooms are all at different floors, our photographers, hmua and coordinators had a slight problem moving from floor to floor since the elavator needs an access card. However, the receptionists are all accommodating to punch in their access cards instead.

It would be good to invest in a professional coffee/beverage machine where the guests will only 'press the button' and not constantly approching staff for boiling water to prepare instant coffee/tea or refill. This would save time and energy for everybody. Thanks!

We booked a Studio Premiere room but there was no living area/couch in the room given to us. We had asked for a bed but the hotel had no extra that day so we were given comforters instead.
The place is nice. Its a good place for family staycation destination.

Although in isolation and confined to the apartment, we enjoyed our hassle-free stay very much.
Sep 2021Staff were attentive and courteous and the covid-19 precautions were adopted thoroughly. Room service F&B options were plentiful and flavoursome. Living area, bedroom and bathroom spaces were stylish, functional and very clean. Check-in and check-out procedures for our managed quarantine stay were well organised as was the in-house PCR testing. Special thanks to Fiddle Leaf crew for preparing a lovely meal on our wedding anniversary.
The bed was really comfy but very squeaky ;-) Water supply to kitchen sink didn't run hot.

Jun 2022Room was very clean and kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great and plenty of shops and grocery markets at walking distance. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

The Hotel with the Best Staff!
Dec 2022Really loved how clean and big the 1 bedroom I got for my 2 weeks stay in the Philippines.
As a food content creator, I was really glad the kitchen was wonderfully lit so I can shoot my cooking videos there.
There was also a washer-dryer that I used every day! I only brought a few clothes with me so it was a really big help to have that.
The breakfast was always great with a mix of Filipino and international dishes!
When I needed a weighing scale to weigh my baggage, they sent me a really big weighing scale! They were always so helpful and quick.
Definitely recommend to stay here especially if you have friends or family members with you. They will be WOWed!

Shouldn’t try ever coming back
Jan 2023I have strict instructions about my husbands meal “fish” can not have any oil or butter because of his heart. your kitchen did not listen. Worse! his food came 30 minute’s after our meal came in. It was very embarrassing! We had a guest with us. This was the reason I avoided this hotel.
