T2&T3 Apartments LEVANTO

This apartment is very comfortable in every way.It has everything required for a good stay in Tbilisi. The interior design and decorations in particular make you keep wondering what style or period they belong to.The big television screen is curved like you're in a theatre. Shops,restaurants,transport options very close. The host is very welcoming and will answer any query immediately. I was picked up upon arrival and taken to the point of departure in a luxurious 4wd. I shall return next time as it's the best place I have stayed in my 8 visits to Tbilisi.

The property is a large 1+1 apartment right at the center of the city close to metro, Hotels and the river. It has a large hall with an open kitchen with all necessary equipment (fridge, cattle, microwave and gas oven and enough dining equipment for maximum 4 people), a sofa, a dining table four dining chairs and a comfortable chair. Bathroom is large and comfortable. There is a laundry machine and softener and powder for washing laundry, a hairdryer. You do not even worry about soap and shampoo they are all there. Just bring your tooth brush and paste. Bedroom is also large with an open bar and hooks for clothes 2 cabins one empty the other full with towels. Heating is provided by 2 AC' s one in bedroom the other at the hall more than enough to get the area warm within minutes. Every thing for my enjoyable stay was ready.

the apt was a few meters away from the prestigious rustaveli avenue and very close to the rustaveli metro station. With its 2 bedrooms and a spacious common area it was very comfortable and convenient to cook and have dinner. In the neighborhood there are plenty grocery shops and cafes. Bathroom was spacious as well, equipped with all necessary items, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, towels, toothbrushes, bathrobes etc. A small terrace with outdoors furniture was an asset for the morning coffee and breakfast. Surprisingly in the apt there were numerous sockets.

I’ve stayed in many serviced apartments in Tbilisi and T3 has to be up there with the best! Maia is lovely and so helpful and her apartments are so clean , comfortable and trendy! I will defiantly return! I Highly recommend this accomodation! Jay

Everything was perfect: the location (next to the Philarmony), the cleanliness, the decor, the owner. The owner provided us with a transfer from the airport to the apartment and met us upon arrival with the keys. The apartment has amazing decor, feels very airy and fresh. It had 2 bedrooms. The bathroom was large and had a washer (all kinds of shampoos, toothpaste, towels, laundry detergent provided). Small kitchen with all kinds of utensils available. Many restaurants/cafes/small eateries right across the street. I mean, everything was great. I will definitely come back to this place!

Everything was exceptional about this apartment. Beautifully designed by the Host Mrs. Maia whom truly is a gem of a person. She was on site when we reached the apartment and gave us a complete overview of the apartment and locations to visit around us. Any issues when faced she was available to assist and had immediate fix on hand. Most important was the pick-up and drop-off to the airport which was arranged by her which was indeed a great relief for a family with 2 children. Thank you Mrs. Maia for everything and if ever god's willing we get an opportunity to visit Tbilisi your apartment will be the first on our mind... :-)
