Cignal TV was not working but internet was available. Check-in process wasn't really smooth. Pillows were a bit flat. No extra pillows.

Jul 2022The room is clean. Complete with ammenities for cooking like pans, plantes, utensils, water heater. Lots of space. The view from the room was gorgeous.
Be ready for a surprise
Feb 2021The roomed I booked for was no longer available and the property did not notify me of this. I was very disappointed at first but the custodian showed me a few other options. The room chosen was clean but still it was disappointing not to have the room I booked for available any more.
The surprise that the room was no longer available was a headache at first.

It is ok , just that I do not like the room assigned because that was not the unit I booked

however what I did not like was I was assigned to a unit I did not booked in the first place.
I did not know that the Property Owner can simply switch rooms . I was expecting the room i booked but upon arrival i was told it was another room assigned to me. I hope this does not happen to anyone.

The staff was not friendly. Ask us to leave before 12 or else they will let us pay 100 pesos per hour in fact when i book check out time is 12 - 12:30. Next time please inform your customer in a proper manner.

Room was nothing like the one shown in photo, it was very small and cleaned once In 3 weeks, Too use the swimming pool is a joke, need swimming pool pass which means going down too reception, taking your id signing a form then can only use it for a hour. No smoking area to use, had to go away from condo
