Jun 2022We love the swimming pool. If the weather is good, you could see a beautiful sunset while relaxing in the warm water. Near to the KK's eateries and jetty to the nearby islands.
The waiting time at the lifts when checking out may take be long as many will be using the two lifts available. Suggest to check out early around 9 to 10am. The TV's signal is more unavailable than available (condo management's issue).

Feb 2023Very spacious house and very comfortable. There is even a washing machine that can be used to wash your clothes so make sure to buy soap/detergent.
Wifi connection is very slow and there are no toiletries provided so make sure to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. You can also hear the sound of the airplane flying across the apartment since the airport is not far away.

the security guard not helping at all..have difficulty to find the mailbox especially for the new comers.. luckily the owner very responsive the chat..

Oct 2022The location is strategic. Close to amigo shopping centre. Water heater functions well.
The air-cond unit was leaking and no body can came to fix it for us. Both the aircond at the living hall were broken. It's very dissapointing. All my important documents on the sofa were soaked and damaged. I really hope owner do a thorough check before renting it out. There were roaches roaming at the living hall and in the refrigerator too. 😞 I was given 10% discount for everything I had to go through. It soothes me a bit.
excellent local for your visit
Feb 2023the location is ideal for exploring and taking in the sights. the mall is right across the highway, that has a system to get you over the bypass safely. convenient stores and restaurants right below your apartment helps with necessities.
the key system getting in or out is a bit of a bummer. especially if one of you wants to stay in and the other wants to stay in. the apartment only came with one pot and lid, was really hoping to cook, but it’s not the end of the world eating out.
Overall this unit is value for money. Suitable to family trip.

The washing machine is not so clean. The sweimming pool is under maintenance, so we have no chance to enjoy the facility.

The towels provided smell awkward, the sofa also smell awkward.
The staff didn’t check properly for the key returned to mailbox, end up is the staff check the wrong mailbox.
The deposit refund was done only after multiple time of follow up. originally they says will refund within 48 hours but on the third day, I need to follow up with the staff again. no apology at all.

Jul 2022The first time coming to the apartment is just wow!!! We love the apartment so much. It feels like a home. The beds are very comfortable, the whole place is very clean and the aircon is just nice for us. The swimming pool opens from 9am to 10pm and you can also see a beautiful view of Kota Kinabalu city. Its just a few minutes walking distance from the location to IMAGO shopping mall.

Wifi not function. I can hear people talking, walking and even screaming outside my apt door clearly 😅 (not very soundproof). Not so many shop selling groceries (rice, shallot, vege, eggs, etc) in this area. No make up table in bedroom.
