Feb 2019Wonderful location right on the ocean. After our 1st night there my friend noticed bug bites on her arm. The 2nd morning she sees more which are obviously from bed bugs. We contact the unit manager who shows up with a pest control contractor the next afternoon. Instead of doing the right thing and moving us to another unit - he denies the problem and has a the contractor spray the heck out of the unit with noxious chemicals. Nothing offered in compensation what so ever. The whole experience ruined what should have been a fantastic stay in this beautiful country.

Jan 2019We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Northside is so much better than the hustle, bustle, and crowds of Seven Mile Beach. The views were spectacular and the coziness of the small complex just added to our enjoyment. There was plenty to do and, while remote, driving to the great restaurants nearby was a lot easier than struggling with the traffic on 7 mile beach. The condo was well appointed, cozy, neat and clean. Definitely on our list of places to return to!

Jul 2018We loved the location and the views. The condo was in excellent condition. Super clean! Everything worked, plenty of towels, coolers in the room to use during the stay. Plenty of Pool Chairs, Beach Chairs. The pool was clean and very well maintained! The furniture in the unit was comfortable and in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay! We look forward to coming back!!!

Jan 2020We loved our stay. Very clean condo and well stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen materials, and toiletries. Lots of books to read if you forgot your own. We loved the view and appreciated the large couch to accommodate a 5th person sleeping. Could use a couple extra pillows for sofa sleeping. We willl be back for sure!!
Quiet side of the island made it perfect for chilling and minimal road noise. Rum Point is minutes away if looking for something to do. Suggest booking excursions from Rum Point to save 1 hour drive to points on 7 mile beach.
Only complaint would be the beach is not groomed which is ok if you plan ahead or enjoy walking in seaweed. If not, suggest water shoes or dive boots for beach strolls.

Sep 2018We have lived in Grand Cayman so very familiar with the island and decided to stay on the North Side for the first time. Jack & Lynn's unit was so clean when we arrived and we had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the porch were amazing and having a screened in area made a great place to sit in the evening as the sun went down over Rum Point. The beds were firm and comfortable and the unit was stocked with lots of towels and pool towels which we loved. The pool and grounds are immaculate and the crews do a wonderful job. We spent most of our time at the pool and loved it. There is even a pool shade area for those individuals who want to get out of the sun. There was sea grass on the beach that would wash up but the landscape crew would remove it twice a week. If you wanted to go snorkeling there were sandy areas you could just walk in for easy access but you definitely need water shoes. Once we booked our reservation, Jack & Lynn sent us detailed instructions about the unit, places to go and things to see. It's important to get the majority of your groceries at Hurleys or Fosters in Savannah prior to heading north. We loved the quiet ambience of the property and will definitely return. Jul 2022The condo was great! The accommodations were lovely. The directions were easy to follow to get there, but we did not know which unit number was ours! Finally I saw the Wi-Fi password and connected with the sign on the door. It might be helpful to say it is unit number 200.

Mar 2020The condominium was great and spacious. It was definitely a quiet beach except for the groups of locals netting very small like fish. One day there were 8 people going up and down beach netting all day. There is tons of sea grass that washes onto the beach but walking is doable.

Feb 2019The condo itself is wonderful. Spacious and has everything to make your stay easy. We had a problem with no A/C which made it a bit uncomfortable. Saturday we thought it was hot just because it was off. But Sunday morning, still hot. Didn't want to bother people on Sunday so waited until Monday. The information needs to be updated on Refrigerator phone #'s are wrong. Call Jay and he said no problem he's get someone out thereand a rep from office would come with them. Got back to condo 6:00PM 84. Called Jay ...he'd check & call back. Around 6:20PM Todd shows up said A/c guy on the way.by 8:30 A/C was blowing cool. Next day A/c still on but getting warmer. Wednesday 9:15AM A/C guy comes unannounced to replace A/C but no representative from office. We had to stay with him from 9:15AM to 3:30PM. Pretty much shot the day! Then Saturday we were eating breakfast at 9:20Am getting to leave by 11:00AM as stated on our papers. Maid shows up and told us we needed to get out at 10:00AM. Very confusing. We hurried as fast as we could I even showed her paper that said 11:00AM but she said that only works if no new people are coming in??? So how would we know that?? That being sad having 3 days with no A/C, having to waste a day babysitting A/C guy and being hassled by maids it could have been a better vacation.

Nov 2018Paradise Found has a wonderful second floor ocean view. The condo and property are both well maintained. The condo is located on a quiet section of the island, yet in close proximity to a few restaurants and beautiful beaches with access to snorkeling, swimming and diving.

Apr 2019Our family of 4, including 2 young children, stayed for a week in this condo in March of 2019. The area is quiet, and beautiful. The ocean in front of the condo is choppy, and still nice to snorkel. There is quite a bit of sea grass right in front of the property, so not really nice ocean to swim in right at the shore, but it's easy to swim over the first few feet of sea grass, to where the small bits of coral are. Turtles also love sea grass areas, although we didn't see any right there. To be fair, we only snorkeled there once, and it was beautiful. We loved our entire week in Grand Cayman. The condo is perfectly appointed, with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen for basic food preparation. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we enjoyed it too. It was simply a week in paradise! Thank you so much!

Jul 2018Just finished a week here and we loved the place overall.
Here are the positives... Views are great. Patio is fantastic -- lots of room, furniture, breezes, and completely screened in makes it usable all day long. Kitchen has everything needed -- plenty of dishes, silverware, containers, etc... Unit has tons of towels and linens. Living room has great comfortable furniture for when you want to be inside. Having the builtin washer/dryer saved on having to bring too many extra clothes. A/C worked great and wifi is strong and fast enough for most purposes. The pool is very nice and was always uncrowded (though you do have to walk all the way around the building to get to it). Grounds are immaculate. We didn't use the grill, but it's fairly convenient.
Just a few nitpicky notes...
-- I have some back problems, and the master bed was too soft. Ended up having to use the 2nd bedroom and that was pretty good.
-- The snorkeling directly off the beach was mediocre. Some items we had read on the web indicated it would be better than it actually was. Wasn't a big problem as we love Rum Point for outstanding snorkeling (we have stayed there a couple of times). It's only 2 miles up the road.
-- The curtains don't block out the light, so bring an eye mask or be prepared to be up with the sun. :)

We had good directions from airport which were helpful since our phone navigation didn’t work and very few road signs! The cond was even better than the pictures! It had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds were comfy. Pool was amazing and the view from the lanai… absolutely breathtaking!!! Loved reading by the pool and walking on the beach. Very quiet and we had the place to ourselves most of the time. Great little grocery store just down the road which had everything you might need. We were disappointed that rum point beach was closed but found many other areas to explore including star fish point, kaibo( great food,drinks, and beach), botanical gardens (saw a blue iguana), eating at Tukka (watched them feed the birds), the blow holes at sunset!! It was all so beautiful and peopl very friendly. We loved exploring east and north ends and only went to seven mile beach one day. So much to do everywhere else and much less crowded. Owners were very fast to respond to any questions we had. Only recommendation would be to have some beach chairs and snorkel stuff available! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Just what we all needed!

Mar 2019Condo was very good. We enjoyed our stay. Property clean, well maintained. Definitely quiet, there is nothing around for a few miles. Mature guest only. Property manager Roy was very helpful, our luggage was lost and he was quick to provide his contact number so we could get out and enjoy our vacation and when there was a problem with the fridge, he was prompt in repairing. Two large bedrooms for plenty of privacy. Sitting area fine, except could use a larger TV. We only used it later in the evening since there is nothing to do on the island when everything shuts down, except restarants. Drinking glasses were very old and faded out. There was a sign in the condo not to drink the water as it is collected rain water and sits in a cistern. So pick up jugs of water as you come in as the nearest small store is a couple miles away. The sandy beach is steps from the pool but the sea in this area is not really swimable due to the coral (very shallow) and currents. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the friendly cat!
