Nov 2022We has a great time in our stay. The room is comfortable with complete equipments and fast internet connection. The staff was accommodating and informative. The elevator took a long time but overall it was great. Thank you, we will surely come again. 😉😊❤️

Nov 2021*we book the room because there is akong scheduled power interruption in our place and we have to work. the internet connection is Realty good and the view.
-there were soiled toilet papers when we came. makes us think if the rooms was really cleaned.
we have to sanitize the whole place (good thing we brought own sanitizer)
- the sink is smelly like something is rotten or spoiled.
-so is the cabinets where the pots are placed smells aweful!

Quiet and comfortable stay with nice host
Feb 2023Very well located for transport and restaurants. quiet rooms, Friendly security gaurds and everything you need onsite/within the complex so you do not have to go out it its raining. 7/11 dominos, a nice cafe, and laundry service
Takes so long for the elevators to come due to only being 4 of them for 55 floors of tenant and workers. sometimes spent 15 minutes waiting.

Hope they clean the shower area and fixed the toilet. It leaks in the bottom and it smells. Otherwise the place is ok.

Feb 2022The spacious room is a skyscraper apartment with amazing views. The house has a nice outdoor pool area in the 9th floor. Warm welcome.
The bathroom is simple and has mold. The bigger issue are the many small to medium sized cockroaches. At night you see them everywhere in the kitchen (although I didn't use it any) and on the ground. Landlord didn't react to that issue. There was also no room cleaning during a 3 nights stay.
Just a perfect place to take a break from stress.

We saw a cigarette butt in the pool. We already told the staffs and they did explained it properly.

Sep 2022The location. it’s closed to the hospital that I went for medical check up.
It wasn’t cleaned up when we arrived. We felt itchiness all throughout the night we stayed and indeed when we woke up the following day, we saw bugs in the bed. our baby got a lot of skin itchiness/redness in her back which made me frustrated and called up the attention of the owner and I asked to be transferred to other unit as we can’t afford to stay for another night in the same unit. I showed the video and photos of the bugs and the skin of my baby to the staff as proofs of how miserable our stay in their unit that night.
Lively place to stay with a big turnover of guests and near Mango Square.
Feb 2023The location is good, near Robertson's Mall in Fuente and just a short walk to Ayala Mall. The best thing was the awesome view over the city and sea, watching the boats coming in and out of the port and the Mactan bridge all colourful at night.
I was surprised that even on 27th floor there were tiny ants and cockroaches, despite all the traps laid all over the place. The toilet seat was loose and the door lock very sticky. The sofa was not comfortable, but the bed was fine.

Jan 2023Room was 19 floor in a modern building with kitchen,fridge with freezer and a frying pan some plates utensils and rice cooker with an electric kettle. water pressure was good, location excellent with lot of food and convenience stores around, 10 minutes walk from Robinson's shopping mall. Access to pool
The host sent her associates who barely spoke English. The payment was only possible in cash which can be a problem for a foreigner as ATMs let you withdraw only 10k, host was understanding though and let us get the cash during 2 days. We asked for official receipt which was never delivered.First day we had one cockroach in the kitchen and ants on the wall, which we dealt with and it did not repeat afterwards for the rest of the stay. After arrival we asked for new sheets bcs they were looking dirty and they were stained. Netflix subscription was shared with more than 4 devices so sometimes we couldn't use it. Shower door wouldn't close.
