Jun 2019We really enjoyed our stay at Richard's. The location was perfect and the views from the top deck on the 29th floor were amazing. The condo was well equipped and check in was really easy. Sep 2020The studio was ideal for my three month long stay in Waikiki! It was incredibly well-equipped (I was surprised by the huge number of cooking utensils in addition to the coffee maker and blender in the kitchen, as well as bodyboards, beach chairs, beach mats, vacuum cleaner, and other supplies in the closet) and perfectly located, just a few minutes away from the beach. I stayed here for three months during the summer of 2020 which meant I had to self-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival to Oahu. Richard was incredibly helpful during this time and offered to deliver groceries and any other supplies I needed. He was very approachable and prompt in responding to texts/emails. I would definitely love to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Oahu in the near future! Weiterlesen

Sep 2019The location of this condo is very convenient, nice, clean and very quite. This was the 6th time we visited Oahu, but this was the least expensive place to stay. Laundry and parking space are included. We wish that the AC unit is replaced due to the evaporation tray may overflow . But Definitely, we will rent this place again in a future trip. Weiterlesen

Jan 2019Richard was awesome enough to let us squeeze in between two reservations that he had. Some owners don't want to deal with a one night stay, but Richard treated us like any other reservation and not just as a fill in. Many thanks to Richard! The unit is nice and quiet. It is less than a quarter mile from Maui Brewing company which we visited and it was great. There is a food pantry a block away which is nice and convenient for groceries. Richard does a great job of providing detailed instructions on how to access the unit and he makes sure that he is available to you should you have any issues. May 2019Pages of conditions , left us almost afraid to use anything, bed linen needs to be updated and cotton sheets used, also vertical blinds need replacing, badly sun damaged and too old , and will continue to break. While having loads of kitchen equipment, NO ELEC JUG, which is the no1 appliance needed. However this apartment was spotless,a rustle, rustle noise from the plastic cover on the mattress was annoying and polyester old sheets , were very uncomfortable. Weiterlesen

Jan 2020Our stay in Hawaii was wonderful! Most of this we contribute to the wonderful condo we stayed in! The location was perfect--within walking distance to the beach, fabulous restaurants/bars, and great shopping! The condo was perfect sized for the 2 of us. The kitchen was nicely appointed with pots/pans, dishes, etc. The convenience of having the kitchen and the outdoor grills on the roof made for nice dinners and snacks. The lanai was wonderful, and we spent lots of time out there having drinks and enjoying the view.
Also, having covered, free parking was a plus!!
We will definitely stay here again when we return to Oahu!

However, I cannot fault this property or it’s owner. Richard was communicative and responsive, and the condo is in a central but pretty quiet location!
