Excellent hotel

Excellent Location. Very spacious

Bit old but still good value for Money

Great central location

Rooms are really big and spacious. Not many rooms per floor and bathrooms are newly renovated.

Level of maintenance is not great. Some items are nearly to the end of its life but perfectly usable. There are missing some small ammenities like kettle, or those cards that request not to be disturbed. Reception is not manned 24hr.

Simple but clean and spacious hotel room with ensuite bathroom. Easy access to old city of Frankfurt.

the price was ok for what it was, we arrived early and could check in easily, checkout was simple and fast.

it’s a run down hotel… does not look like the room was occupied or tidied for a while.

Close to the city, quiet, the room is big enough

Shower was broken (they did fix it after we complaint) Shower door broken. Under beds not cleaned. Messages sent before arrival not answered.

I received a very spacious room, with a work table and refrigerator and comfortable bed. Location was very convenient and close to the Haupbahnhof (central train station).

I stayed here for two nights. While the price isnt bad for the location, I would definitely say pay a little more for a better hotel. I advised in advance that I was checking in between 12 and 1pm. I arrived to a closed and boarded up reception and when I called the number on display, I was told to just wait because no rooms were ready. When I finally got checked in, I was told the room had an extra bed which would cost more and that they would be in my room later on to collect the spare pillow and duvet later on. I was then asked for payment upfront - the card machine wasnt working and I then was told I could pay at checkout. I tried to settle in however my TV was broken and displayed a constant no signal sign, the table in my room was broken, my duvet had black scuff marks on it and you can hear all noise and conversations from your neighbors so earplugs were a MUST. On my second night, I was then woken up at 10:45pm by staff knocking on my door (the night before I was to check out) to tell me I needed to pay NOW and wasnt allowed wait until the following morning. As a solo traveller, I can say that I have never had this experience before and it made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. I ended up paying cash at my room door that evening. While I enjoyed the city itself, I could not get out of this "hotel" quick enough!

location is perfect! Near the river and Altstadt

was told I had to pay cash as machine was broken. reading reviews I see this has been the case for several months. room was clean but hot. had hot water for about 3 mins and then went cold. when I mentioned this I was told that it was probably because I had showered at the same time as someone else!!!??? Prices were much higher due to a conference in Frankfurt at the same time.

The man in réception ask me for extra money for taxes that he said that is not included in booking and that's weird for me and also the room is dirty that i have i child and i got scared about his health with that dirty room
