The room was spacious, very comfortable, clean and quiet (thanks to double glazed windows). Great location close to cathedral, river, train station and many restaurants. Hard to fault.

Amazing location, just around the corner from the cathedral. Beautiful hotel, with very clean, stylish rooms. The staff was amazing, we were checking in after 10 pm and the staff and all instructions ahead, so we could seamlessly check-in. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel is close to the city centre, to major museums and the Cologne cathedral. Also next to the Rhine. Has nice comfortable rooms.

1. It does not provide slippers so you find yourself walking with naked feet 2. Does not have a cable TV so a foreigner should come with a tablet to watch Netflix. Only German channels. 3. The menu in the restaurant needs to be reviewed as it contained dishes with a lot of allergens. I personally had a spaghetti with beetroot sauce without the walnuts that were included in the recipe. The spaghetti was not well boiled. 4. The breakfast is also very poor and needs improvements. 5. Outside the main entrance there was a full astray that smelled very badly and made a bad impression as the entrance is really nice.

The location was perfect, the hotel room was nice and comfortable. Overall a nice experience, I would stay there again.

Elegant and functional design, comfortable bed. Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom. Good quality restaurant with à la carte breakfast. 7 minutes on foot from the central train station. 6 minutes on foot to Moulin Rouge Musical Dome. Close to the main sights and shopping area. Nice view to the river.

The kitchen was a bit slow.

I didn’t expect to be so disappointed with our stay based on the good reviews and research I did before booking our 2 night stay at Prevot Hotel. However, the room just felt extremely basic considering the price. on our entire Germany trip, this was the worst place we stayed. Uncomfortable pillows and mattress, very unimpressive room design, basic bathroom. I’ve stayed in much nicer rooms in Germany for half the price. Also, if you are sensitive to noise, absolutely avoid this place. We barely slept because of all the strange and constant loud noises coming from the stairwell outside the door and the rooms above us. Wish I could get my money back.
