La calidad precio es de lo mejor que he visto en la India después de un mes.
Es un sitio para venir a dormir y poco más, no hay nada, solo una habitación limpia y nueva con una cama muy cómoda.
Esta al lado de la zona donde se coge los barcos para los backwaters
No hay nada aparte de la habitación.

Chambre spacieuse et propre, climatisée. Eau plus tiède que chaude mais avec la chaleur environnante ça ne nous a pas tellement dérangé. Personnel gentil et disponible pour toutes questions.
Le gros plus de l'hôtel a été sa localisation, a proximité immédiate de la boat jetty et du bus stand.

The location was very good. Bed comfortable and very clean.
Had no hot water for the 3 days. Could have had a kettle in the room. Said it took credit cards but when we left we had to pay cash. The headboard was very dangerous as it had sharp bits sticking out. Pillows were very hard. Only saw the manager when we arrived and when we left.

The homestay offers efficient air conditioning and a convenient location near the bus station.
However, the absence of towels and soap upon arrival was inconvenient. Additionally, the rooms lacked cleanliness, with noticeable dust and dirt, detracting from the overall experience.

Booked for 1 night. Good location near railway station, backwater, restaurants and cafe. Was comfortable 1 night stay. Staffs were helpful and supportive. Many thanks to Nishad we believe owner of hotel was very helpful in booking half day backwater trip. Took my husband in his scooter to show boat before we decide if we are interested. Nishad also organised rickshaw to get to the boat and after to get to the railway station safely. We left our luggage after checking out at the hotel and picked up later before our train journey. Many thanks for looking after our luggage. Much appreciated. Great value for money.
Bed was comfortable but design of wooden headboard not safe. Both sides has pointed wood sticking out. Bathroom design very different. Have to be careful after shower if need to use toilet as gets very slippery. Otherwise, was comfortable stay.

The location suited us, being close to the bus station and the ferry port to take us on our backwaters tour. The room was mostly clean and had good AC, and the staff helped us organise a backwaters tour.
The bathroom could have been cleaner - when we arrived there was water all over the toilet and floor. The towels were also basically unusable - not absorbent at all.

Friendly staff, clean, modern, comfortable, well located. Good AC! Excellent value for money.
No food offered but quick walk to nice breakfast spots (Borma and Cafe Paradiso).
No wifi or hot water (but we were so warm from our day out that it didnt matter!)

Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, A/C, great location close to the main canal in Alleppey and a short walk to the centre of town.
Wifi wasn’t very strong in the bedroom, but was fine on the balcony and in the corridor and reception area.

No net for mosquitos on the windows, many mosquitos in the room
A/C temperature control wasn’t working, it was either freezing or too hot at night

Great location in a peaceful area within walking distance of the backwaters. Many good places to eat and drink just around the corner.
The hotel was very modern and quite fancy considering the reasonable price during peak season. The hotel was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in during our 3 weeks in india. This place was easily the most comfortable stay so far.
The staff were amazing and very helpful. They were willing to arrange taxis, rickshaws and to provide any recommendations.
Overall I 100% recommend this place for solo travellers, couples or families who want a very comfortable stay for a good price.
