Need to check the kitchen utensils because those guests do not wash properly.

Very clean and well kept space. Only a few rooms and two bathrooms to use so didn't have to wait at all, all areas very clean.
Quiet residential area with gates and guards so felt very safe. Close to National Monument and bus stops. Good breakfast!

it’s so cozy, clean, comfortable and a very good place to rest. breakfast was tasty, the bathroom was very good.
at night so many mosquitoes were biting me in my room despite mosquito nets on all the windows. sometimes that interrupted my sleep.

The owner and staff were both discrete, kind and available. The place is quiet, located in a fairly undiscovered area. So this combination allows for a true Indonesian experience away from the busy scene. There are also nice coffee shops for coffee addicts...

The host was very friendly. The house itself had quite cozy vibe with nice details. Breakfast included a delicious main dish, fruit, and drink. Location is also convenient for getting around.

Very nice and calm place. Very friendly and supportive staff. Delicious breakfast.
It's not so green as in the pictures anymore. Looks a bit trist. Many the plants didn't survive the lockdown time. But I am sure it will be green again after some time. There is construction going on (September 22) right next to the place. So epext some noise over the next week's.

The host was extremely helpful, very nice. The hostess made amazing warm breakfast for us everyday. The common area war very very clean, as was the bathroom. We were able to use the kitchen, which is well equipped. The location is quiet and nice, it's not in the center but you have to use a taxi in this city anyway.

Perfect for solo traveler, for budget traveler, i forgot how many times i've stayed here. just easily a quick choice for me to stay whenever i'm in Jakarta.
I am myself as a traveler also love to stay at 5star hotel and experienced luxury wherever i stay, but this place is a 5star class for the price you have paid as well. i hope they can maintain the quality.

What a nice place to spend a few days, while discovering the Great city of Jakarta!
The host is a wonderful and and very helpful man, and he even provided me with a little map over the local area!
