Property was different as displayed on booking.com. Actual Address was provide once I reached to the location mentioned on booking.com and found this is not the actual guest house.

The actual property was under renovation and seems shady

Upon entering, we were greeted in a nice lobby, that appears more like a large living room with a homely feel . Our Room, my wife and I found it exceptionally clean. It's a new building . The staff is super professional and very courteous. I must mention Zubair Ali, Faiz Ahmed, and Ali, for the dignified respect they gave us, and treated us like family. They prepared delicious breakfast daily, and anything we needed, they were willing to get for us from the nearby store. For taking a stroll, There are a few grocery stores just a 2 min walk, barbershop, biryani shop, pharmacy , etc all nearby The location is lovely and safe, and the place does not appear or feel like a hotel, but it feels like home away from home . The value for the budget is awesome, we will stay here again for future visit to Karachi, inshallah

The room was big and clean. The hotel was situated in defence, a very nice and quiet area.

It was a little away from the main attractions, and required using a taxi to get around.

Staff was really cooperative, friendly and always ready to help. Location was very secure and peacefull.

Toiletries(shampoo hand wash etc) were of very low quality. There was a leakage in the washroom but the issue was immediately adresssed.
