Patricia was an excellent host, her breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend to stay there.

Upon arrival Patricia is more than welcoming. She is gracious kind and personable. She made us feel at home. Patricia is all about customer service and warm hospitality. She goes above and beyond to make her guest comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. All homemade and very delicious.
Everything was perfect. We had an event in Sag Harbor, and we arrived late in the evening and we had to leave early in the morning. We just wish we had more time to enjoy the B-N-B and the offered amenities.

Our hostess Patricia was lovely and cooked us an abundant and superb restaurant quality breakfast. She even packed us a bag of goodies to go! She gave us much useful information about the locality. The bed and bedding were new and luxurious. There was outdoor furniture allowing us to relax in the garden.
The house was on a major road; however we had a very quiet's night sleep as the bedroom looked out on the back garden.
