Location and architecture
Service was unpredictable, forced. It was more suited for a bachelor vacation rather than travel with a family of old folks and children.

Roby and his staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and hospital. We loved every second. The house is astonishing beautiful and tranquil.

Staff attention and genuinely friendly service led by Mr. Roby. Also the Super chef “dished” out amazing meals.
For the price point I would suggest small but important inclusions (important from my POV)
1. Nespresso machine
2. Hotel chain standard bedding..linen was stained and pillows were uncomfortable.
3. Stayed 4 nights of which 3 nights the wifi dint work.
4. Menu needs to accommodate more international options. There’s too much pressure to order meals in advance (understandable as ingredients have to be sourced—-but thats really not my problem or concern again because of the price point that would call for meals on demand,a la carte, albeit off a fixed menu.)

The property was really awesome..l the pools & its view ,room was good . It was quite and calm & all was well arranged.

The property is serene - has a beautiful setup and location. The staff especially Satish are really sweet helpful. The food is exceptional too. Beds and rooms are extremely comfortable. This place is ideal for a family get away.
Unfortunately the meals need to be decided way in advance as the staff needs to go shop for veggies.
The furniture- especially the outdoor one needs an overall revamp as they are very very uncomfortable and one cannot sit for long hours on them.. this the management must look into urgently and change them. The location is so lovely with comfortable seating everything will fall into place like a dream.

Every single thing about this place was absolutely perfect! There is nothing other than the check out time and check in time if like to change. But due to covid reasons it makes sense.
I just found the location a little too interior. The vehicle had a bit of a problem reaching the location because it was so narrow.
