Shawn and the staff at reception were extremely courteous. So was Rohan at Mare Mare. The sandy beach is amazing. And in general the food was good

Slow food service at beach, no afternoon cleaning of room

The Hotel is new, exceptionally clean with a lot of safety measures specially during the pandemic ( door with sensors, masks and gels available everywhere, social distancing,....) The F&B options are the great highlight of our stay.

If you are looking for a high level of customer service, and a quiet hotel to reax, this is not the best place! Our stay was a nightmare and I'm usually an easy going customer! The room allocation was extremely poor, and the way it was handled was even worst. We were given a room on top of their sport bar. It was the final champion's league game (Yaay!) during our stay which made our night horrible since we could hear absolutely everything! This incident happened during a weekday and I came to know from the staff that the hotel was running at an extreme low occupancy, I would have expected from a brand like Jumeirah to inform us earlier during the day and give us the option to change our room to a quieter side to avoid the sport bar inconvenience. We had to pack and change our room at midnight which created a disturbance that could have been avoided if the staff was more consumer-centric. A second comments about customers being super loud at the adult pool area, kids pool in this instance was quieter. I understand this is not the hotel's fault, but the management can make sure people respect the rules ( no loud speaker for example is a basic one!)

Superbe endroit très propre très accueillant les restaurant son au top nous avons passé un très bon moment c'était trop court .....

Juste un bémol la veille de notre départ le petit déjeuner était à emporter.....oubli.......puis nous avions demandé d'appeler pour nous réveiller à 6h00....oubli....bref ce sont les deux choses négatives de notre séjour

честно говоря я давно так расслаблено не отдыхал. все начиная от приветствия до прощания с нами по выезду - на высшем уровне! шикарный пляж, обслуживание, еда! большое спасибо менеджменту. мне нужно было оказать содействие для организации дня рождения жены в отеле- все решили в самые короткие сроки! Прекоасный отель. рекомендую и благодарю!

The location and beach experience

The non flexibility of the hotel staff. I begged for a late checkout on Sunday. But i took it eventually. We asked to upgrade the room with view and pay the extra fees, no one got back to us. I booked via booking.com the room was the back side of the hotel facing nothing.

The Smell from the AC in the room & hall The room was cleaned poorly and not every day At night, you could hear the water flowing from the neighbors from above
