It was quiet.

There was no way of getting to the restaurant in the rain without getting soaked (it rained the whole time I was there).

Location is little far, but the view is beautiful.

The view from the room and the pool is absolutely stunning ! The staff are lovely and the restaurant serve good food especially the pancakes ! Highly recommend

It’s fantastic location. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, very comfortable bed. Food was great and the had very helpful and friendly staff. Looking forward to returning. 😍

* spacious superior room * staff at the restaurant / bar

* electricity ⚡️ power cut the 2 evenings we spend there . It meant no light , no wifi but also no water 💦 …. Annoying when you come back from the beach and a full day trip.. to go to bed with salt and sand No compensation / no discount proposed … we were said the cut was for the all island which was not true as we came with motorbike from a bar at 6km where all was ok * not really helpful for taxi , wanted to charge 200k rp to ask a taxi to pick us up from harbour , while all taxi agreed for 150 or less to take us . The marketing team in charge on WhatsApp to help us read our message but did not answer is the second day … still waiting . Also we had no cash left so we asked them to pay the taxi and charge us on the room so we can pay by card ( other hotel agreed in Bali and Gili) but they refused * room was a bit oldish , doors 🚪 not closing well. A * location is not very convenient cause you need almost one hour due to the traffic to come from the harbour … and then it is located far from diamond beach and far from kelingking beach . So better to choose a hotel close to one of this 3 spots road is splitting the property on 2 The hotel is sea front but there is no beach and no way to swim

Friendly helpful staff. Nice pool x 2 with ocean views. Cute cabin with comfortable bed. Nice freshly cooked breakfast.

It is necessary to have a book a driver or rent a motorcycle to visit the beach and restaurants

The sunrise view was good from the hotel.

No phones in the room, for any requirement a person has to go to the reception and call somebody. You cannot turn on the AC and hair dryer together, the electricity gets disconnected. And then it takes min. 20 mins for someone to repair. The room was not as per our expectation. We had booked a car and driver from the hotel for our Nusa Penida tour. The hotel gave us an inexperineced driver, who just could not drive in hilly areas. The car stopped in the middle of a slope while travelling. He could not drive, other drivers had to come and help him start the car. He was accelerating so much that the engine become hot and their was smoke coming out from the bonnet. We had to cut short our tour. We had booked 6 places. Visited only 2. Could not risk our lives in a foreign country.

the 2 guys who helped with reception and breakfast were very friendly! the pool was good and the bed comfortable!

the bathroom needed some touch ups

Location is opposite to the sea, room had an excellent view for sunrise, bed very comfortable and restaurant has a good food. Staff very kind and helpful.

Location is good, Rooms are fine, Washroom is spacious.

it is next to a main road, what is quite noisy. in the restaurant we ate, and the following morning i had baly belly.

i would like to inform you very sincerely..the staff on reception (Lady) was very harsh and had a bad approach with us. she is the worst in the resort and given the room was ac not working and power supply gone twice and first refused to give another room, finally the owner came and provided a new room I am completely disappointed and informing all of you please don't go there.

Close to shops, nice locals, great driver.

Pool not covered much.
