Kings Villa Reception and Support Staff gave prompt and excellent service .. They are very friendly and professional. Also the restaurant staff are exceptionally good..

Hele mooie locatie en leuke opstelling van de huisjes. Ze waren prima formaat. Het restaurant was ook erg goed eten voor een prima prijs. Zitten anders ook wel redelijk veel restaurants in de buurt.

Niet heel schoon allemaal, handdoeken met vlekken erin, zanderig op de vloer en badkamer stinkt. Personeel is totaal niet behulpzaam. Wanneer je bijvoorbeeld een scooter of dergelijke wilt huren, krijg je alleen een telefoonnummer. Ook kunnen ze bijna geen activiteiten aanbieden.

Great location , very quiet and close to beach nice restaurant

The cottages are big and spacious. The family room that we booked had two double beds - enough for a family of 4. Clean towels and toiletries were provided. It's located approx 300mts from the Palolem beach and has parking space too. The staff is very courteous and extremely helpful. The wifi is fast and reliable.

I feel few basic things that one would expect were missing in the room. Tissue roll was missing, there is no television - I believe it's because we're expected to spend time on beach/sight seeing but having one in the room would be helpful. The power cuts were frequent and it almost takes 10mins for backup to start functioning.

The worst maintenance I have ever seen in my life. 24/7 power fluctuations, forget about AC. No rooms have proper AC. For any requirements if we approach employees they will ask us to talk to manager and that manager won’t be available. Please don’t chose this villa. 🙏

The resort folks are sweet and helpful, the rooms are decent sized and bathroom is huge. Restaurant was good. The guys managing the restaurant were extra sweet and helpful. All was ok except it was irritating that one guy kept insisting on full payment even before showing the room(s) or helping finish check in. Note: I had paid 50% upfront as per their request.

Agreed it was off-season, but a number of small nagging issues. Ac would not run correctly and not cooling. No hot water, room had a smell of bats. In terms of location it is cut off from other restaurants and beaches. Quite a walk to other places especially if you are not in a mood to walk after enjoying a few drinks.

Private Garden and resting area for everyone. Kinda nice and cosy atmosphere within the nature.

If you book non AC rooms, it will be very hot in summers. You might face mosquito problem.

The dorm was rea6clean.bathroom was spic and span Food was excellent.staff was courteous. It's close to the monastery and market what else can one ask for.

Kings villa resort is located in a great place it's only a ten min walk to the beach or the main shopping street it's nice and quiet 🤐 gave bottled water on a daily bases Room was a good size so could change and have suitcase etc out

-The lodge was clean on a quick glance but my pillow cover came off and showed the extent of grime. -I understand not all nationalities use toilet paper but not having any at all after a long flight and drive was a shame and unable to buy any untill the next day as arrived in the middle of the night. Came back one day to the bathroom sink covered in ants and all over my tooth brush. Had a frog friend living in the shower as well No where to keep water cold.
