The food was wonderful, breakfast was fresh, room service was fast.

Beautiful location. Fabulous standard of facilities . Was given an up grade when we arrived, no reason given. Very pleasant staff and great bar staff. Amazing breakfast excellent value. Best breakfast of the whole 6 week holiday at various venues

The rooms are amazingly spacious and beautifully decorated so comfy and cozy I love the resort feel of the place will definitely be back again
It would of been nice if there were microwaves in the room to heat up food

Reception staff on arrival was so lovely.
On departure was not as friendly though
Some maintenance required.
My elderly mother has mobility problems and there were some trip hazards eg on ramp from car park to reception and also uneven ground and ramps to get to our room

Room was lovely and good location. Staff were wonderful from reception to all of the restaurants which we visited the 3. Meals were spot on.

Good food. Nice staff. Good room sizes. Nice environment.
Bad bed, too soft. Crowded swimming pool. Wi-fi did not work very well. No place to put stuff at the toilet.

Restaurant was under staffed. Food was not cooked well - didnt return as would have had to wait even longer.

The newly refurbished rooms are great! Very nice changes.
Still need to change the carpets in the corridors and update the swimming pool. We paid a lot for the massage but didn’t get the same deluxe treatment like the past. We could not use their facilities.
