Excursions proposées un peu chères. Localisation à 45min à pied du centre d’Ubud. Service de navettes gratuites mais se terminant un peu tôt (retour 17h max).

There was a glitch at the time of booking with our honeymoon stay, however Suteja the General Manager, really did his best to fix it and make sure our honeymoon stay at Como was perfect. Our villa was absolutely stunning, with a incredible view over the jungle, the staff were all extremely helpful and no request was too difficult for them. The food was delicious both at breakfast and the restaurants (the Italian was really good and part of the complex), and the spa was absolutely fantastic (coming from very frequent spa go-ers, the massages, facials and other relaxing treatments were really something else!). Would also heavily recommend the extras the hotel organises, we had a vintage car tour which was one of the most incredible experiences and was also very reasonably priced. Location of COMO is also really good as quiet enough to spend the whole day switched off but a close walk to nearby famous restaurants etc.

The hotel Is quite pretty and is located with good accessibility to central Ubud. The staff is incredibly nice.

The rooms are quite worn, food is nothing to write home about. I think for this price one could do better in Ubud, much better.

The property is basically a large big pool, surrounded by rooms, with an Italian restaurant (good but pricey) on a busy street in Ubud. Don't really feel like your in nature - away from the hustle and bustle - especially as there is a construction site in the middle of the only decent view of the jungle. Also, we ordered food a few times from room service, it frequently arrived cold. Gym is tiny. Book COMO Shambala instead.

A fantastic hotel which ticks all the boxes - wonderful pool area, excellent service and warm, friendly staff. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had a private yoga session with Bodi which we would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try yoga for the first time.

Room was a little small and a couple of additional hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful. But I find this hotel very difficult to fault.

The grounds, gardens, facilities, food and staff were amazing!

Our room pool was average and seemed unusable for us. The photos advertised when booking showed infinity pools that we were thought we were paying for. When we enquired about this we were told the infinity pools overlooking the jungle were much more expensive than what we paid or could justify paying. My criticism then is that the photos provided on this booking.com website were misleading. We weren’t even able or book the better infinity pool room or see the prices for them. Showing the images on the booking site made it look like we could or maybe had secured a pool with a jungle view. We didn’t use our room pool. It was small and seemed unusable for us. The main pool was much much nicer.

A tranquil hotel on the outskirts of Ubud, a little piece of heaven! Such friendly staff, wonderful rooms, great food by the pool and the Italian restaurant. Did some lovely excursions - a bike ride in nearby villages, and the vintage VW tour. All the staff were amazing - we met one couple who had been back 4 times, so couldn't fault it!

We had to have a de-humidifier running in our room as the air from the aircon made everything feel a little damp, but I think thats just the climate! We didnt use our plunge pool as it was very cold, and the little garden attracted mosquitoes, however it was lovely to look at from our room, and the main pool was lovely.

Amazing service and staff ... beat the 5 star hotel, all the facilities and the property are well maintained.

Marvelous. We loved the service, the food, the Spa treatments. We will definitely come back.

service is 10/10 - you ask the receptionist for anything and it’s done in minutes. it’s quite and feels very exclusive, nice swimming pool area and amazing breakfast

rooms have thin walls so it’s not very soundproof, you can hear animals and insects at night as you are basically in a jungle. the private swimming pool in the villa is pretty much useless because it’s not heated
