A very welcoming hotel. Generous hospitality Very Clean, and spacious. Very good staff, especially the front desk manager who was very helpful.

The view of the room was not good as the one I booked online. The reception lady was not well cooperative for my request.

Everything was clean and tidy. The food was delicious. All the restaurants were exceptional. The pool and beach were clean and the staff were very attentive. We took advantage of the jet skiing and Yacht trip one day/evening and we also did the desert adventure. All of them were top notch and worth it.

Das Badezimmer: braunes Wasser kam aus dem Hahn für die Badewanne. Viele Silikondichtungen waren veraltet, locker oder nicht mehr vorhanden. Mit dem hiesigen Qualitätsstandard hat die Verlegung von Fliesen und Silikonfugen wenig zu tun. Aufgrund des schlechten Wetters schien das Personal mit dem Ansturm der Gäste am Nachmittag in Cafes und Restaurants überfordert zu sein. Da man am Ende der Palm auf einem Palmenblatt lokalisiert ist, braucht man leider länger um von der Palme runterzukommen.

Good facilities and very clean rooms

I was double charged for dinner and they have faked my signature on the bill. When I went to clarify the issue front desk manager completely dismissed me.

1 – The hotel room is just perfect with Ottoman style décor and an amazing view from the balcony of the long stretched pool and sea of the west crescent of the palm. I would leave the Balcony sliding doors open to hear the sound of the tide at the sea and the birds chirping in the morning. 2 – The SPA, enjoyed the peace and relaxation, and refreshments. Swimming pool, Steam room, Sauna, cold room, Jacuzzi and marble-heated beds to relax those sore joints after a hard workout at the gym. As a bonus, the lovely, beautiful ladies at the front desk of the spa are polite, fun, sociable and quite enjoyable to talk to. At times I would think am I visiting a Miss Universe contest or Victoria's Secret supermodels, but either way, it was nice to speak with the lovely Staff before you would enter the Gym or the Spa. 3 – The beach, I would just sit there in the morning and leave at sunset. So, peaceful and no loud music, towels are provided for the beach beds and if you feel like diving into the sea for a swim. The villa and residential side of the beach was my favourite spot. Water and ice are provided for free which makes all that extra difference when you are sitting at the beach and feeling thirsty and you need the water to be nice and cool. 4 – Housekeeping is just perfect they would generally do it twice to three times a day. Always attending to your needs or any requests that you may have. They would even go as far as folding up your clothes and placing your shoes and slippers in their appropriate places. Which made me feel guilty at times for being too lazy. However, I am so grateful for the effort and pride they put into making your stay at the hotel the most memorable one. Also, humble, kind polite and sociable when engaging with them in a conversation.

1 - Smoking at the beach, no designated area for smokers. 2 - The Gym, is not well equipped for the calibre of the Hotel standards. 3 - No combs available in the hotel room. 4 - No camomile tea sachet available in the room.

My Wife and I stayed at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray for the end of our Honeymoon and it was a magnificent Hotel. Amazing and attentive staff, half-board access to restaurants serving full menus (Good food too!). Club and club staff were very nice. Pool area was awesome and had a really big swimming area.

On site spa was good but very expensive for the service. Not worth it in our opinion.

The view onto the Palm Island

We were overcharged because the reception didn't check our previous authorisation/purchase upon check in. We are still awaiting the error to be corrected! Also we booked early and paid much higher than other guests who had Club Rooms as the demand dropped at the property. I used to be a Revenue MGR in hotels and with customers being increasingly savvy, I would have offered customers like us (repeated) either an upgrade (no Club Room facilities) or a slight discount to reassure us of our patronage. Nothing was done - even after speaking to the Duty MGR! :(
