Finding designated Hilton Parking spot is a challenge. Limited vegetarian options and repeat menu for Breakfast Had to Id 3 times before check-in Requested early checkin and had to wait 5 hours as Room wasn’t ready despite being assured on arrival that it’s being prepared

The view

The service and value for money did not meet expectations. Good location though.

It was completely neat and clean and location was perfect.

The washing machine was filled up with dirty water due to which we could not use it.

Everything was perfect. Will definitely come back.

The hotel was gorgeous. Staff were so nice, and very helpful. Had an amazing stay.

Weren't fans of the pillows, but that's a very minor

Quiet room

Air conditioning filter looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, no shower body wash (had those pump bottles on the wall hadn't been re filled. No toilet brush that I could see, Couldn't even get ice cream from room service at 2am (ist that what you would expect to be able to get from a 5 star hotel?) Asked to change to only 1 night and get a refund for 2nd. Man at reception said yes this would be fine however I had booked with booking.com so will need there approval to waive the cancellation cost. I contacted booking.com and the guy was all so good to speak to said the same thing as the Hilton did (so the same story from both parties) He then contacted the bookings team from the Hilton for me to which they said I cannot cancel and receive a refund. And then tried the main reception for me and got asked for proof to who said this. I'm only pursuing this as I got told that it would be ok but had to make a call to booking.com first. Now to get the run around. Didn't get approval for a refund in the end.

The location is fabulous , rooms excellent very clean and the staff very friendly and efficient

There’s not much to like here unfortunately. The staff are probably the only good thing this hotel has going for it.

Level 4 king rooms extremely noisy, unable to sleep due to excessive noise generated from the nightclubs below, we were kept awake until 2am. Obviously not cleaned thoroughly as under the bed we found the previous guests grubby slippers left behind. The bathroom shower grout is stained, scuffed walls and furniture beside the beds, stains on the tub chairs, dirty window and glass door to the balcony. Overall needs a refresh and good clean and greater attention to detail. Definitely not a five star experience, would not recommend and will never return.

Extremely disappointing experience with this Hilton property. Although it has some good reviews due to its vicinity to the beach etc, but I was really disappointed in the fashion the property is being managed. Extremely poor facility management and house keeping. Got a cockroach in the Tea/Coffee making area in one of my 2 rooms and we had taken premium rooms with Balconies so we could sit out in the night but both balconies had like 6-7 cockroach’s roaming around all the time after dark so it was of course not being maintained and inspected which lead to infestation by pests. Even cockroaches were roaming around in the swimming pool area, next to the pool. Took some snaps next to the pool , will upload them.

Staff were amazing, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional. Our room was fantastic

Parking was difficult. I had a 7 seater car and parking was a bit tight

No housekeeping during my 3-day stays, even though have requested. Noisy downstairs on Saturday nights.
