Pristine water, very clean private beach with tall trees providing shadow and nice rooms with great views from the side of a lush green hill. Overall an excellent value for money and a great choice to wind down for a few days. Only the food at the restaurant appeared a bit overpriced. Due to the remote location from the next village there´s not much of an easy to reach alternative.

Ancarine is in a beautiful location on a lovely beach, walking and riding distance to the shops. It’s so peaceful with gorgeous gardens and spacious rooms with balconies. I have trouble sleeping away from my own bed but I slept deeply and undisturbed at Ancarine. It was so comfy and a really peaceful energy. The guests and staff were lovely. The manager is very kind and helpful and assisted with anything I needed. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options and fresh juices. Nga gives an OUTSTANDING massage and foot reflexology and by the ocean. It was heaven! There is only one area of improvement and it relates to the property and all of us travellers. We must reduce our plastic consumption. I have travelled since 2017 and not used plastic water bottles, plastic bags and straws. I’d love to see Ancarine use large glass resusable bottles in the room, filled with water daily, instead of giving guests plastic bottles each day. I took my reusable bottle and filled up from the water dispensers or boiled water (here and all across south east Asia). My first day I was up early and went snorkelling. Instead of snorkelling though, I collected masses of plastic bags from the water. I stopped counting at 80 bags. I then cleaned the beach and each day did the same. It was so heart breaking to see such a beautiful place with so much rubbish. This is not the resorts fault as it washes in with the tides and it is common. But we can all be the change and do better. Please help keep our planet beautiful and reduce plastic usage as much as possible.

I loved everything except the rubbish issue. But we have a global waste disaster, so it is not something the property can fix, but it could definitely make improvements to reduce single use plastic.

Reaching the location took a while first time. They could consider adding airport taxi. Very private beach, but far away from airport or other places to visit. Gym was small, old. Please consider adding a fan there.

Room and facilities were great. The beach is super clean and lovely to swim in. Breakfast in the morning is fantastic.

Other meals are a bit pricey, but to be expected at a resort.

Brilliant location, you are right on the seafront and have great views. Nice to have a pool available too. Also liked happy hour where cocktails were reduced.

Breakfast was fine, nothing extraordinary. They make a good iced coffee. The bungalow was situated on the beach with a beautiful view. Unfortunately the sea was full og trash and plastic, so we spent most time at the pool. It would be nice to have access to draft beer in the bar.

The restaurant wasn't fantastic - bu the next door Mango Beach was very good. We were so sad about all the plastic and trash in the ocean - and the back country.

The staff were so friendly, delicious food and really relaxing, clean environment. We loved our stay and hope to return again in the future 🙂

This is one of the best resorts we stayed at during a month long trip in Vietnam. We decided to stay here for my birthday, the staff made it such a special day by helping my mum (back in the UK) arrange surprise flowers and a cake. The staff were all so lovely and helpful to us during our stay too. The resort is located right by the beach but a short drive from the small restaurant / shop area, this wasn’t an issue for us as there are various options to get to the town (walk, taxis or rent a motorbike). There’s a restaurant at the hotel though, which we ate at most days, including the breakfast which was good! The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, it’s surrounded by nature but still has a luxurious feel with the pool and sun beds right on the beach. We wished we could have stayed longer, we’ll definitely come back to the resort one day!

our trip was exceptional because of the incredible Ancarine Resort! we stayed here for a couple of days and then decided to visit another part of the island but came back because this resort was beyond awesome. special thanks to the lovely girl with the glasses, Ngoc and Dat! as vegetarians we even got our own pho made by the cooks- tasted incredible! they offer free bikes and kayaks and the scenery of the resort is the prettiest one among the others on that beach! this Resort deserves an A+ Thank you! we will come back -

the resort is front line with the sea, very nice beach, garden, bungalow, sea, is quite clean to swim. Breakfast very good and a lot choice. Bungalow is very clean and well equiped. Nice place to look the sunset, it was amazing.

Eco and Rustic feel, beach was very easy to access, the restaurant was well located and staff were very friendly. Food was very good value-not as extensive as other places but well worth it.

It was the perfect balance of resort and also feeling secluded amongst the bush. The private beach was exactly what we wanted with great snorkelling and a great place to watch the sunset / unwind. the staff were all so friendly and lovely too! we wish we could’ve stayed for longer

The room was very clean and modern, the location right next to the beach was simply insane. The pool was very nice, the breakfast delicious (which we also ate on the beach). Staff was also super kind!

The hotel is a bit outside the town (they rent motorbike onsite) but in a quiet area on the beach. the pool is big and the beach is very clean. the staff is very kind, this is a perfect place to relax.

Perfect in every way! The staff, the beach location, the food, the room. This is without question the closest to paradise we have yet visited. Will definitely return.

beautiful beach side location, with clean and well kept pool and gardens. we spent most of our 5 days here on sun loungers by the sea, swimming and snorkelling. Rooms were comfortable and clean, friendly and attentive staff. Excellent breakfast, with good choice of food. All in all, a lovely end to our month in Vietnam.

Food is expensive, and small portions. We ventured out every night to eat locally in On Lang Village which is about a 10-15 minute walk away and better priced food available.

Staff were very friendly and hospitable! They were able to cater to our needs with no fuss. It’s also noticeable how much effort the staff put in to ensure cleanliness of the resort, private beach and rooms! The staff were the highlight of our stay and the views are amazing here. There are also kayaks and paddle boards we were able to use in the resort for free and it was very fun! The pool is very clean. Food there was also great! The bar didn’t close til 10pm so after dinner it was amazing being able to drink cocktails through the evening by the private beach. Highly recommend!
