L'équipe est très avenante, l'hôtel est super, la vue sur la piscine est l'océan magnifique!

Vue époustouflante sur le Coin de Mire depuis le bar principal (une image de rêve) Superbe buffet de fête le soir de la Saint -Valentin. Depuis la chambre , vue paisible et reposante sur le lagon. Personnel aux petits soins pour nous.

Un petit bémol. La suppression des infusettes de thé,tisanes et parts de café soluble dans la chambre. Dommage. C’était très agréable à notre arrivée. Et on ne comprend pas en quoi cela peut avoir un quelconque effet sur le bilan carbone de la planète alors que presque tous les clients voyagent en avion . Cela revient à supprimer un service pour rien.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir waren 4 Tage da. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Wir genossen das Abendessen in den verschiedenen Restaurants, welche teilweise eine Reservation benötigen. Reservieren vor Ort möglich. Das Personal stets freundlich und aufgestellt.

In unserem Zimmer war der Boden stark verkratzt. Vermutlich durch Gepäckstücke verursacht. Die Tische im Restaurant mit Buffet waren teilweise schmutzig und sind in die Jahre gekommen.

i liked the view from the beach, the free nautical activities, the clean pools, good drinks, late check out, that they offered antimoskito devices, lunch on the island. that the water is not shallow and has green shades. night shows.

in the rooms (i’ve checked 2) there was a heavy smell (mould) due to high humidity. Our check in lasted 2 hours because of poor client service and their lack of flexibility to offer us a room in a different building (because it was other type of room) although I mentioned my husband and son have allergies and I am open to additional costs. Lunch and dinner lacked diversity, just a few dishes, many stews. At lunch/ dinner there is always grilled fish or chicken/ beef and you can combine it with rice or smashed potatoes or cold/ fresh pasta. At dinner there are a few salads, pasta bar, 5-6 hot dishes and smth sweet. Breakfast is as well poor, and at pick hours there are lines for pancakes and omlettes. no salads or fresh vegetables. I saw a big bug near the tables and the personel and the kitchen chef didn’t do anything. Plates were old and nicked. bedSheets and beach towels had dirty spots. sand is fine only near the water.
