Su ubicación es increíble, coral, peces, buena comida!
Ya que el sitio es tan exclusivo, el material de alquiler de la empresa de buceo, este en mejores condiciones, gafas, remos etc

First of all the staff. What a great team of professional and super nice people. True and high-end hospitality. Fantastic location. Very well maintained facility. The house reef is like an aquarium. Very good restaurant with tasty meals.

The resort is superb. The staff are super friendly and helpful in all aspects. The location of the room overlooking the ocean with personal loungers on the beach h in front is superb. The dive centre on site is professionally run with good equipment and dive masters. A night or two is not long enough I would suggest three plus nights to calm down and enjoy the resort facilities.
There was not a good light at the bed for reading.

Cannot think of a more beautiful holiday setting. Beautiful little bungalows on a beautiful beach. Nice restaurant, good food, friendly staff. And amazing snorkeling in front of the resort. Besides that, there is not much to do :) so for us 3 nights were enough!

Everything
Make sure that people know that they have to take the expensive private boat if they arrive in the evening.

Where to start? The manager Hubert is a great guy – he clearly cares about each and every guest's experience. And his team is fantastic – the nicest, hardest-working group of hotel staff that we've ever encountered. The room was fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view from our balcony was like something out of a postcard – really a million-dollar view. You almost have to pinch yourself to realize it's real. The house reef is as good as others say. Our snorkelling excursion was wonderful, too, and Jodi was a great guide.
In short, this is a dream destination. You won't regret coming here.
There will always be very minor annoyances at a remote place. Once or twice things were left off a meal (for example, they forgot the cream with the French toast, and they forgot the sambal with another dish). But these are a small price to pay for being in paradise – and it really is paradise.
One thing they probably be should clearer on is the two different types of bungalows. Some are attached, and noise can be a real issue. You should know what you're getting ahead of time. Fortunately, I enquired, so we booked a detached room and loved it. But they should be clearer on Booking.com

the location was perfect - amazing snorkelling right off the Sandy beach. Cottage was decorated beautifully and restaurant had wonderful food at reasonable prices. The best thing about Sudamala Resort was the staff - so friendly and helpful.

This really is an amazing place to stay. It really is beach island bliss, with the most amazing view of the ocean when you get out of your beach hut each morning! The private reef which takes all of one minute to reach was the best snorkelling we did all trip, and the food at the restaurant was incredible. Staff were all so helpful, organised some amazing tours and we were incredibly sad to leave
Only watch out is for people who are looking to go diving. Just because it's quite a small hotel, it's not guaranteed you will hit the minimum number of divers needed for the boat to go out, and we weren't able to dive one day. However, the dive centre connected to the hotel were brilliant in trying to help, and made sure on our second day we got to go, even with a different company.

Everything was amazing. An incredible experience on your own island with own house reef. The diving(Aqura Dive) was amazing with trips to Komodo Park(some of the best diving in the world). Staff couldn't do enough for us.

Do not for one moment think it is private, exotic, 4 or 5 star. It is remote, everyone is right next to each other, no privacy unless you close your curtains & stay in your room & dont talk. Food is very average & not much choice. When you do choose, they are missing key ingredients, so pick again, tiny meals & and overpriced. So, so remote from anything, you can't go anywhere easily. Mould in cap of 1 of the 3 bottles of water you get a day.... then you pay for more if you want water. Canoes are free for one 1 hour a day, then you have to pay & only 4 canoes. Snorkelling is free for the 1st 2 hours, then charged after that. The reef is beautiful, but that is NOT their property, so boats can stop and divers can use anytime... you do not need to stay there for the diving. Sea snakes, jellyfish, lion fish heaps of wildlife, bring a wetsuit. Our room was right next to the dining room, the only option you have to eat & open at 7am & closes 10pm..... No bar after that. Pool closes at 6 pm & has no filter only a hose (tripping hazard) from the ocean to pool, thats it!!! Yuk!!! If you have dietary requirements (not vegetarian as that is a choice), don't bother as no other milk than dairy & a Ceoliac well be ready for a reaction. Our tiny bathroom ( that towels do not get changed) had a crack so I could see the bar whilst in shower, let alone the aeroplanes that can see everything from the totally open shower. We were lucky & had a fan, the room next to ours exactly the same No fan. Noise from the next 2 huts could be heard from ours everything, especially kids. And noise from kitchen from 6am until late, staff talking plates clattering while lying in bed. The beautiful lounge chairs outside the hut are shown in their photos... grab while you can as we had to get up early to get one.

Amazing location, friendly staff, enjoyed every minute. Would definitely come back!
Just need to be careful with the bees flying around the bathroom area in the early morning.

Beautiful resort on a splendid beach. Coral reefs in front of the resort are exceptional. Very nice and friendly staff but sometimes stuck with issues there were not able to manage…
Tours organisation is not properly managed. Be sure to book in advance your Komodo tour…. The tours can be cancelled the night before for any reason…. We almost missed it despite 4 nights at the resort.

Amazing snorkelling only steps away from luxurious beach accommodation, super friendly & accomodating staff as well as delicious meals

Very quiet and relaxing, good food, best massage so far, kind staff, perfect location and waking up with the sound of waves :)
The rooms that are connected lack privacy and you can hear everything! I would definitely book the more expensive ones next time. Additionally, would plan the arrival much earlier since after 4.30 pm you cannot take the complementary boat from the resort.

Loved the house reef & beachfront villa.
I would have preferred more traditional foods on the menu at the restaurant.

This is our second stay in sudamala resort and sofar its the most amazing place for holiday. Everything is great, especially the beach, beautiful coralreef, nice clean seawater, the villa itself, very comfortable bed, big choice of drinks, tasty meals in restaurant. The staff works really hard to keep this place clean and is very friendly. We will always visit this resort for holiday, if you are looking for quiet paradise island for family, this is the right place for you. And thank you Sudamala Staff to organise a small birthday party for our small boy and beautiful decoration and bday cake on the beach without extra charge. We will never forget it!

moslty of things, foods its delicius but price its little bits expensive if for local, room nice and comfotable, free pick up by resort staff from airport and habour use long boat from harbour to resort, staff very helpfull not much to complaint.
you need take off your shoes or sandal when in restaurant or cafe resort ... its weird.. never happen like that... if you want keep clean why dont use sands floor in cafe or restaurant lol.., i think because room little far away from receptions why dont leave couple snorkel stuff in front room so every time guess want going swim and snorkling in beach so they dont need walk far away, waste a time and ask a guys in receptions. maybe will be nice if resort put a price information day trips to komodo national park and couple sandals hotel in room so all guest can see and dont need walk receptions to ask make easy for us to organise.

We were absolutely in love with the island, views and level of service. Hotel staff was nice and friendly, they tried to provide us with the best service.
Food in the restaurant was not really tasty and super overpriced. Also the interior of the rooms was pretty average, dark small bathroom.

This is an amazing hideout from the crowds. I was often the only person in the resort and could snorkel right outside my accommodation . In reviews, the price of the food provided by the restaurant is always mentioned. If all the food and drinks have to come by boat from the main land and all the many staff have to be paid, I really do not think it was too over the top on price. Perhaps compared to Indonesia rates, it is expensive, but compared to home, it was not. The government tax and surcharge are added at the end, which makes the meals more than you think.
Staff were on hand to help you, snorkel , dive, and organise trips to other islands. They were so kind and always smiling. All plastic from the sea is removed immediately, and the sand beach is pristine. Accommodation was incredible with no ants, mosquitos, etc, to worry about.
I would recommend this resort to families, couples, and solo travellers.
I loved it all.

The staff at this resort are wonderful. They greet you by your name and treat you as an important guest.
The bungalows are cleaned daily.
The bungalows are perfect. They have air con, a fridge, great bed and pillows and a hot shower.
If you want a kettle or iron, you only have to ask.
I loved hearing the waves crashing on the beach of a night.
Nothing. It was an excellent stay.

The location is great
there is still a long ways for this place to go before calling themselves a luxury resort. if the ferry leaves at 9am - why is the check in at 2pm? the pricing for scuba diving did not make any sense and was outrageously overprices. it would take 1hr plus just to get an omelette at the restaurant. overall it just felt wildly overpriced for the value and service that you receive.

Good location protected from prevailing currents. A great house reef. comfortable bed & pillows. Pleasant staff & reactive management office . A good massage. Good snorkel & diving trips.
Rooms & bathrooms a little tired & brighter lights in bathrooms. Otherwise facilities good. Long wait for food once ordered especially a problem if going on an excursion. Not well set up for families with young children-only place for one extra bed per room-need to clarify charges for extra bed & breakfasts on arrival

Probably one of the most beautiful places on earth. The house reef is also easily the best house reef of any resort that I have seen. Food and service is excellent, as are the rooms.
The towels had a very peticular smell sometimes. Be aware that the semi-detached rooms offer litte privacy from the neighbour. Conversations can be heard, walking on the floor is loud and the outdoor bathrooms are essentially next to one another. It does make for good toilet conversation 😂

Very expensive and food is not good/delicious, the owner should make normal price, much less, not so crazy expensive for that place as it was even with booking discount and also owner should change menu. Staff is amazing, island is beautiful.
