The seaplane was in walking distance

I stayed here in Nov 2023 and this place went down hill fast. My rooms luggage rack and toilet paper holder were broken. They sent me to security to fill out a form 5 minutes into my arrival. The hallways were filthy. Stuff all over the carpets. Food was gross and way over priced for poor quality. My room price on Booking went from $2200 to $2900. After checkout it was $3200!! All taxes and miscellaneous charges they hit you with. Never staying here again. VERY SAD DECLINE

I liked the access to the trolley anytime of the day and shuttle access to and from the port

I didn’t like that it was not all inclusive. For the price to be so much and still have to pay so much for meals were a bit too much.

The view from the room

Bel hôtel, chambres très agréables avec belle salle de bain. Vue sur mer magnifique. Accès à la plage 360 avec ses belles piscines extérieur et son ambiance spring break très sympathique.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix (en Europe dans cette catégorie de prix on s’attend à de meilleures prestations). Personnel d’accueil peu agréable et mal qualifié (on nous informe de la possibilité de faire du change au casino alors qu’il n’en est rien, chambre non disponible à notre arrivée et aucune boisson ne nous est proposée pour patienter…). Dans les restaurants, service très inégal avec serveurs très chaleureux d’un côté et d’autres qui offrent un service des plus minimalistes… Salle de sport désuète à refaire entièrement. Spa très cher. Seul un hamam (non fonctionnel lors de notre soin) fait parti des infrastructures proposées (absence de bain bouillonnant, sauna ni douche sensorielle…)

The property in general was pretty good.

The pool at the property was not properly maintained. The water was badly maintained. I wasn’t clear. In some areas you can see dirty and green. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy this area in the hotel.

Location, cleanliness, food.

Check in wasn't ready at four, we had to wait until 6pm. Slow service in restaurants. Part of the staff was not friendly or nice, with the exception of the person that checked us in, the bell boy, the main restaurant hostess, and a hall cleaning young man that was the nicest and always said hi with a smile on his face. The others seemed uncomfortable and serious all the time.

The room was very nice and had a great layout. Loved the big shower. the beach was beautiful.

It’s a nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable.

The pool area should have more umbrellas.
