We stayed at a luxury pool villa. Very clean and maintained constantly each day. Beautiful and peaceful. Members of staff were very nice and helpful. Food in restaurants and room service was very good.

Unfortunately we felt that the ladies at reception on arrival and departure were not very hospitable, it felt like we were bothering them. Very different to all other resort staff who were really pleasant.

Pretty garden, clean bungalows, Great staff, always helpful and friendly, doing their best to make the stay as great as possible. A few small restaurants around to get some local food or drinks. The view was very beautiful, lying at the pool.

The beach had been the main reason we have booked this property, however it was mostly polluted, depending on the tide one had to swim in a plastic puddle, which is very unfortunate, especially if you expect something else. The drinks and coffee (if you want a cappuccino or a espresso for breakfast) had to be charged additionally and the prices at the spa were crazy high in comparison to all the other properties on our trip. People "reserved" the beds at the pool at like 7 am and only came at 9.

The beach, rooms, food, spa and the stuff are incredible! The hotel feels very new and modern. You constantly feel how well it’s being taken care of. The location is close to the virgin beach and a few biggest temples. Highly recommend!

There is not much infrastructure outside the hotel. On another hand, the hotel can offer a great spa, snorkelling, excursions and delicious restaurant, so you can easily find everything without leaving a hotel

Tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer. Großzügige und schöne Anlage, viele Pools, Strandabschnitt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, ebenso die Restaurants am Abend.

Es war sehr sonnig und wenige schattige Plätze. Die Sonnenschirme sind feste und können nicht verschoben werden. Oft haben Paare deshalb zwei Liegenpärchen blockiert, weil es nur einen Schattenplatz gab. Auch die Pools waren voll in der Sonne, ein Segel oder bewegbare Sonnenschirme wären schön.

Well maintained rooms, nice pools with great views. lovely gardens and friendly staff.

Seaview junior suite room had restaurant in front blocking the view. it was also very noisy being right next to the restaurant with the phone constantly ringing and lots of foot traffic going straight past room. This also interrupted the privacy. I did notify desk of this.

This was a great resort, we met with family here and had a great time, the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Awesome location right on the beach, great restaurants with beautiful food choices. Amazing and friendly staff that are so welcoming and helpful. We had a villa pool room and it was magnificent, big bedroom, huge bathroom and our very own pool and daybed. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

nothing to dislike here, this is as good as you will get for service and location in Bali.
