Tout était super jusqu’après notre Check out, l’hôtel nous a appelé pour nous dire qu’il manquait une serviette dans la chambre, du jamais vu pour un établissement censé être luxe et cher. C’est juste bête

Pool The food quality was very good but the service was awful.

The room is very outdated and old, needs urgent renovation. The cleanliness is very poor. Service is poor. Beach area dedicated for the hotel guests is super small as in literally tiny area and sea water is not clean and disgusting.

The beach manager, Rabie, was friendly and supportive. The waiter by the pool was friendly Food was OK

Worst check-in/out experience ever. Very unprofessional deceptive front desck/manager. - I requested the ground floor and received a message that Executive Suites only on the first floor Finally, I found the room at 2nd floor with no elevators - Front desk and manager gave us false information during, and we found ourselves as a gamily living in 2 separate buildings, which was extremely not convenient. - The AC was leaking water over my head while standing at front desk. - The room floor was dirty, terrace furniture was covered on dust and there was hair in the shower. I had to request cleaning 3 times until it is done. - We waited 20 minutes till we got help taking our luggage down. We called 5 times. - Beach is 450 meters away, Golf car was needed, and this is not convenient at all for families with kids Besides, although the beach is huge yet all hotels residents are squeezed in highly crowded 15 meters area. It is a shame! And it can never 5 starts hotel
