1.food quality is not good and at the same time priced very high. 2.hotel charge money for cycling around the property which is free in almost other 5&7 star hotel 3. Not a professional staff 4. recreational area need development as mostly things are impaired and can’t be used

The hotel location is very nice. Very calm and pleasant ambience.

The hotel staff is good but clueless regarding many things. We booked a suite with a jacuzzi in the room. The jacuzzi had only cold water supply. Moreover, it takes more than 2.5-3hours to fill!! That was ridiculous!! The food is just ok. Not at all up to mark as compared to a 5* property. The breakfast also was very basic. U pay 5* price for a economy class food experience!!

Very Well maintained,Large property with nice scenic and pleasant atmosphere.

About 15 minutes walk from the beach..They have only one Buggy for the whole property and it is a painfully long wait each time to wait for the buggy.Staff not very responsive to calls and service requests.Food prices,especially in room dining is exorbitant and food quality for the price is definitely not worth.

1. Room furnishing was pretty tired & dated with stains on upholsteries, which was very unprofessional 2. Food quality was sub standard for a 5 star facility. breakfast coffee was pretty awful, very disappointing!

Calm quiet and beautiful.

There was no Lady staff for SPA so we couldn't go for the couple therapy in the SPA facilities. Was a BIG disappointment.
