The stay was decent. Thr kids enjoyed the aqua park had a little kid section and around 6 bigger slides on it had also 1 other pool area decent size. The staff was amazing majority of them. Sayd the room keeper was so nice and helpful. Mohamed at the check in was so nice and a funny guy and the staff at the spa as well just wonderful. Had a massage and so spa treatment in the Spa was amazing.
The place is in no way 5 star not even 4, at best 3 stars. Its so old and outdated needs major repair. Even though the room was spotless clean every day, cos its so old it just looked dingy. Waterpark needed repair, kids area most of it not working properly and rusty looking . But the worst thing of it all was the food. They had different theme every day but it was the same food really repeated. The best night was egyptian food as its what they know to cook but other night was uneatable, dry, reheated flavourless food. We also tried the Asia restaurant, all 12 of us had to go to out to eat after it as no one could eat the food was made there. No flavour no taste and so dry it hurt ti eat.

For the amount of money we paid for the room definitely not a place i will go again. You are really paying for the waterpark but even then its not worse the money.

Public areas are nice, clean and comfortable. Food was tasty, but for a breakfasts still the same. Waiters, housekeepers and lifeguards are very friendly.
We get a “better” room but I think it was only bigger, not better. Bathroom, a rooms furniture looks like 20 years old, needs some maintenance.

loved everything , the wifi was nice and fast , rooms were clean and beautiful , pools were amazing , private beach amazing , food AMAZING, the views were spectacular, every day and night entertainment was provided i couldnt recommend this enough brilliant hotel

the water park is excellent. The staff of the waterpark are fanatical about safety. the rooms are big and comfortable. the beach is clean. all the staff is very polite and helpful. the city center is just out of the gate of the hotel.
the kids club was closed when we tried visiting during the activity hours. the free wi-fi connection is very limited. the "milk" is reconstructed milk from low-quality milk powder.

The reception area, coffee bar and Adults only bar were nice and clean.
Big pool (near beach) very clean.
Food was hot.
Booked a twin room, high floor- got a ground floor room with a king sized bed. Not very clean, very old, toiletries all used and caked.
Asked to move- offered similar room and not until gone 11pm at night.
Reception staff very room. The toilets around the hotel were very dirty- needed attending to more often.
Booked for a birthday- on booking was told we would get a birthday cake- did not receive anything.

The hotel is very good and I will be there next year.
I wanted to make a safari trip with my kids and I asked the reception for help. They give me the number of one called Alex. Mr.Alex organised our safari but it was the worst experience (delay, not working cars, no guide). Otherwise everything was amazing.

We stayed in Coral Sea Holiday instead of Water World because it was not operating.
Beach was not very good because of sea tide but the pool was great. In contrast, slides located across the street. However, we had some fun there.
Staff is friendly and we had good welcoming front disk.
