PrideInn gave us everything and more starting from breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. We had varieties of options to pick from and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The kids had maximum fun and were always excited going to the kids club as the staffs in the club are super amazing.

The hotel got a excellent facilities. Lots of fun activities carried out by the entertainment team. Amazing hospitality by staff members

From breakfast to dinner, the food was phenomenal. Plenty of variety to choose from, especially for kids. Similarly, the pools are a must if you are travelling with youngsters. Great waterslides which are a fantastic addition. Great hotel service, starting from Joan at the reception desk to Louis who helped us extend our stay. Indeed, it is a hotel to visit again, due to the infectious Kenyan energy and the great PrideInn touch.

Internet speed is a bit slow and can be improved.

The people at the reception are very friendly, and the buffet is also very delicious, with a lot of variety every day,

But the waiter named BRIAN was not sincere. I have already stated that I don’t need housekeeping. During my stay, someone still entered my room, and then the hotel’s sea activities went to the place in Mombasa Ocean Park. I am very upset. Satisfied, there are random charges
