Near to the beach. Nice food, amazing breakfest.

stayed there for the last 15 years it went down hill during covid but they coped well (understandingly} bit better 2021 2022 2023 but they are getting their act together could do with a few more cleaning staff and should I hope be back on track 2014

Did not use room cleaning but Had to empty own rubbish bins and finished up with enough toilet rolls to satisfy an elephant and enough bottles of water to fill the pool.bit of overkill I would suggest a management problem with the cleaners not using there common.

It’s in a decent location on Sairee Beach, away from noise. Facilities were clean. Free shuttle to the pier was good.

It isn’t on the water, and there are other resorts you can get on the beach that are half the price (when you book in advance). Some staff on the front desk are quite rude.

Big clean pool, lots of lounge chairs, large room, ferry boat pickup, helpful front desk ladies. We enjoyed our three nights. Beach, shops and restaurants right out front. Try the Vegetabowl for the best meals and fruit shakes around, we had lunch there every day! Also, book a Thai cooking class with "Thai Cooking with Joy", it was awesome!

Large property so some repairs are needed but still lovely.

The place was fine but a little tired. Had all we needed and is right on the beach and really close to town but probably won't go again. The price reflects this as was reasonable. Nothing wrong with the place overall but just a bit tired.

Staff were a bit grumpy? Maybe a language thing but I didn't ask too many silly questions but still felt like it was a struggle to get things done - not that I needed much. Not a major thing but the room was dark. Could do with more lights.

We booked the private pool beachfront room for 2 adults and 2 children. It's right on the beach near Lotus bar so great location if you want to be near everything, but it's very noisy at night which was fine for us but not great if you have babies who might be disturbed by that. Although it's a private pool, it's right on the beach so you are very much on show and also there is a massage place right next door. Staff were lovely. We didn't have breakfast but the cocktails and food was nice in the evening.

It's a little grubby, for example the shower tiles could do with being redone and the drains smelt. You're paying quite a lot extra for the private pool when actually the main pool was really nice and quiet and my kids preferred that one.

gaps in the doors let mosquitos in. opening and closing the door was hassle as you need a key card to close the door when leaving

the bungalow was dirty and full of mosquitoes, we couldn’t sleep even that we used mosquitoes pray they kept coming, the bathroom is also unhygienic and there was mould. We booked for 2 days but stayed 1 day and left.

The electrics in the room was very sketchy. Did not always work. Wifi did not work most of the time from our room. The pool area was a bit run down for the 'cheaper accomodation' Bed was uncomfortable

The hotel was in a very good position and the staff was nice

We didn't sleep properly for noise for 2 days without any concrete action from the hotel. Real shame because we were happy before but not to be able to rest in holiday is not ok and should be the priority for a resort. There were stain of blood on the pillow and sheets. Hotel could do with a bit more maintenance Breakfast was okeish but starting too late ( 8 am ) Don't get a communicating bungalow as you will ear everything out from the adiacent room WIFI is a joke, way too slow from our room

Newer rooms near ocean are amazing. perfectly located with lovely views of pool and ocean. Pool at this location was clean and perfect. Everything you need and want is within a short walking distance. Amazing location.

Family room we originally booked was in a horrible location, near road and what appeared to be a swamp. No view at all and mozzies literally eating you alive. Both main pools were in need of TLC. Especially the deep one.
