the food was terrible even when I earned a pass for the better restaurants where a membership was required - the food was very bad.

the beach was wonderful! housekeeping was great and the fruit was amazing!

Beach lounge chairs not very comfortable and there is no side table to put your drink on, therefore every time you picked up your drink, you got sand on yourself. Restaurant staff stood around a lot looking at their phones, almost every morning I had to get up and get my own coffee and sometimes silverware. I’ve stayed here before when it was just a Marival and everything was wonderful, now that it is emotions it just seems like they’re cutting corners. I always look forward to the breakfast with people making fresh food now the only thing that they make for you are eggs otherwise everything else is premade.

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The location was perfect.

My husband was bed bound after a couple days and they wouldn't let me take any food to him. We had to order from the room service.

room 239 too far from common areas, no elevators, service t amalfi restaurant and la pergola restaurants much too fast

The hotel and beach are very nice

The service and the lies of their personal at the entrance. Specially from someone named Zeida. It was impossible to find space on the chairs in the beach or the pool

Hard to get reservations to restaurants.

Staff was always cheerful and positive. All areas were clean and well taken care of. Great service, the a la carte restaurants were all excellent!

I was surprised that some could not get into the a la carte restaurants, seeing that many of them were only partly full.
